The manager there is a raging bull! She is racist. And I refuse to shop there. This is not the first time I have been discriminated against at this store. I have been followed around in this store my workers and I have even been questioned on prices of items that have been marked down ill properly by the workers and yelled at because of it. I was told I could not purchase items because the tags didn't check​ out to match the items description and over talked at the counter in front of other customers. Then a large group of off duty workers followed me around the store for about 10 minutes and I went and told my mother. I have not shopped there in 4 months and have been telling other African American people not to as well. It seems as if when you go in there you become a target. The store is disorganized and it use to be a kind and loving place until they recently switched their managers. Even the staff has left the store because it is an unpleasant place to be NEVER go there BLACK people a treated less than there in merrivelle they are so kind oh my goodness and the store is beautiful. Go there everyone is treated equal. And the store on Elston in Chicago and the store on clyborn now they know...

This is essentially a run-of-the-mill Homegoods with all the usual things you might expect to find at one. It's neither exceptionally large nor excessively small. The staff are friendly but, as per usual at any large store in my experience, appear to exist only at the registers, thereby tightly limiting any potential displays of helpfulness.

This store did seem to be a bit more cluttered than other locations - there were several aisles you either couldn't push a cart down, or could only go single-file, due to all the stuff on the floor. (A lack of shelf space, not messiness.) I didn't really see it as a bad thing though - it just showed they were well-stocked. Their pet aisles were particularly full, which pleased me as that's why I was there. (One of the overflowing aisles had scores of dog beds.)

(Sadly, despite having seemingly everything else dog-related, they literally had only two harnesses and neither were the style or size I needed. A store literally over-flowing with products...but not the one thing I went there...

I’m very disappointed of this location. I purchased 2 lawn chairs this past Friday, and they told me that they can hold them for me until Monday well when I came back to pick them up, they could not find them. To me, the manager wasn’t all that sorry for reselling my chairs. Although they gave me my money back, I could care less because the point was, I needed lawn chairs and I really liked those. They could have at least offered me another set and have me pay the same price but she did no such thing. I pray corporate sees this message because I’m highly disappointed and I need to be compensated for my time and...
