Panera Bread — Restaurant in Tinley Park

Truthfully, the likely hood of me recommending this location is slim. I’ve shopped here plenty of times via the app, curb side pick up, in-store pick up, and in shop. I’ll say, prior to covid, they may have received 4 stars just from my in shop experience picking up orders. However, their service has slacked since Covid.

It seems with every order, they’re guaranteed to get at least one thing incorrectly so I would say to check your order before you leave. When it comes to customer service via the phone or curbside, from the personnel’s I’ve had recently, I don’t believe they’re putting their best foot forward. I get the vibe that they’ll do what they need for the check and that’s about it. A complete change from what I’m used to from the customer service field and actually, different from the service I used to receive prior to COVID. Maybe, they’re short staffed and it’s just an inconvenience. Maybe every time I’ve been there recently, they’ve had a bad day. Either way, as a customer, I shouldn’t be able to tell and I shouldn’t have to try and make excuses for the service I’ve received.

I was just looking for a quick healthy bite to eat and my taste buds were satisfied it's something About panera bread that keeps you coming back rather its the homemade soups , gourmet sandwiches, smoothies there is something here for everyone I believe in my opinion the reason why they have been in business for so many years and customers keep coming back is it's very hard to duplicate authenticity you either got it or you don't got it and Panera Bread definitely got it. I did not go inside I was pressed for time so I went through the drive-thru window and I was kind of indecisive about what I wanted but that lady at the drive-thru window help me make the best with her knowledge of the selections to choose from I was very impressed the staff is highly trained and she had a really great positive attitude so I will highly recommend anyone that's at any Panera location to please make sure that you continue to keep this business around for years I don't know about you but I will be back you...

On or about July 11, 2021 my husband & I had a not-so-good experience with a TO GO order. Sadly, when we got home, I found that my Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad was less than acceptable. The lettuce was wilted and watery, little fruit, and NO chicken. We had to drive back and talk with a manager, something that we really did not want to do. The manager, Joe, at the time, offered to remake the salad, along with a voucher for our next visit! Unexpected, but so appreciated. I want to recognize Emily, the manager at the Tinley Park Panera Bread on August 6, 2021. We returned to Panera, and explained the reason for the voucher. She took care of us personally and made sure our order was above expectation! She was so friendly and generous. Lois, the cashier was so kind and friendly, as well.
