Strangely, for the first in like forever time, I genuinely wanted 2give this place a better rating but they failed me. Had a veggie bowl nd the seasoned rice was NOT. In fact, the rice had most likely been the final scrap atda bottom of the container inda food line. Most of the rice provided had hardened bc most likely it got most of the heat atda bottom ofda container, overtime becoming not very edible. So that spoiled the meal. The other factor not giving good vibes was the oversight in bagging the meal when I actually chose dine in option. On the upside, black beans were nice, fresh n hot, lettuce was not frazzled, tomatoes were red nd the guacamole nd avocado ranch were on point. Yet, another souring part of this fail is that no red cabbage was added. At least advise me nd ask if I wanted another item or dbl me up on one..geesh. I did order another item that I shouldn't have but I was cheating on my diet so my consequence in getting a soggy puff item there was a lesson learned. I don’t know where to start. I’ve had so many issues with my food preparation at this location, so against better judgement I went here tonight. I ordered 2 regular soft beef tacos, a 5 layer beefy burrito, fiesta potatoes and and a small ice water. I made a specific request for my potato’s to be hot, considering they have been cold and old in the past. Welp, they got me again. Only the potato’s were luke warm with a pea size amount of cheese and a dime size amount of sour cream. They were hard and stale.

Next I ordered fire sauce only to find not one single packet in my. Had to get out and the car go back and get sauce. They gave me the wrong burrito which was cold, hard and tasted old. Overall the entire meal was cold. Poorly wrapped, stale and tasted as though it set all day. I couldn’t eat it. I trashed it. 0 stars for me. I have 1 star because the ice water I ordered was made right. I’ll never ever eat here again. Not even for free. I’m done with...
