Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Titusville

Long but good review: I went to another Aaron's and was unsatisfied with the Customer service so I left. I needed a couch bad and had been shopping for one for days with no luck because there is no stock anywhere so I thought about going to a rental place to see if they could sell me a couch.. it was a last ditch effort. I am having a huge party on the weekend and needed additional seating. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. Just so happened Jasmin was there and she came outside when I left asking what happened and we chatted a moment.. She said she was from the port st john store (the one am now rebmviewing) and asked what I was looking for. She asked for my number. Later that evening she text me a photo of a couch they had in her store.i told her I would be there the next day. I went in and "Zeus" took care of me. I did not wind up getting the couch Jasmin sent the photo of because I saw another I liked. I even found a headboard. The guys in the store were super nice and professional. They set up delivery for the next day. Two guys came (I did not get their names) but they were super nice too. Very accommodating when I changed my mind about where I wanted the couch placed. So to make a looong review short the employees in this store: excellent. They had a lot of selections of merchandise. I am VERY happy with my couch, the price I paid and the delivery...

Very happy with the customer service at Aaron's in Titusville, Fl. From going to the showroom, Yasline helped me pick out a sectional that would best work with my 5 kids, and I. She made sure that I was happy with the choice. Clearly customer satisfaction is priority to Yasline and the Aaron's team. We set up a delivery date. When the sectional arrived, on time, Eddie and Nick both set up the sectional for me. And it was about 1 in too big. Not even lying one inch. So I told them it'll be okay I figure out a way that it would work cuz I really like the couch. After about a couple days of trying to configure a way that it would work and being yelled at by my fiance I decided to pick out a different sectional, smaller sectional. Carlos help me that day when I went back to the showroom. He was very understanding of the situation and wasn't really worried about it just told me to pick out a new one and they delivered the new one the next day. Eddie and Nick greeted me at the door on time. We kind of chuckled a little bit and they took out the old sectional and brought in the new one that fit quite well. Overall very satisfied from start to finish. Will definitely be going back to Aaron's in Titusville...

The salesman was honest and helpful. You have to remember, Aaron's sells furniture also. They do not recommend cheap furniture, because they don't have any. I'm glad I stopped by and inquired about a recliner chair because I didn't just get a recliner chair.... I got one that massages your back and neck and it has heat and it also and what a fabulous price... I will always stop by Aaron's before I buy any furniture from anyone.....
