I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the following team members:
Jordy- Oh my goodness, what can I say, except she is absolutely AWESOME!!! Beyond AWESOME! My husband and I came in today to buy some wood fencing. Jordy happened to come outside and see if we needed any help; we told her that we needed some assistance loading the fence panels that we just bought. Jordy was right on it! She went in and got us the help that we needed, and she did it all with a smile on her face! We had to make several trips back and forth because our truck couldn't hold all of the fence panels that we purchased. Every step of the way, Jordy helped us. Words cannot express, how grateful we were for her help. **Management, if she can be moved into a higher position, she should! She is definitely the epitome of GREAT customer service!
Rosalyn- Another one who should be considered for a management/training position. As I said before, we had to make several trips back and forth to Home Depot and every time, we came in, Rosalyn greeted us with a BIG SMILE! She always inquired on how she could help us and if she didn't know the answer, she found it for us. She could have easily said "I don't know" and just walk away, but she didn't! You could tell that she wanted to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our shopping experience. Rosalyn, keep up the great work and keep on smiling! Your smile truly made my day :)
Victor- Was FANTASTIC! Victor was with us all the way on our multiple trips back and forth! (We needed someone us to help us load and someone to drive the forklift...lol) The first worker that helped Tom was not so friendly and he seemed bothered by having to help Victor load our van (not impressed by him at all, hence I didn't get his name.) He just haphazardly tried to load the panels without any care in the world, he probably couldn't have cared less by the damage he "could" have caused to our new vehicle. This was the main reason for the multiple trips :( However, Victor was very professional and very polite. When we returned on trip #2 Victor was then helped by Tom and oh what a difference. Tom was also very professional and carefully loaded all the panels with Victor. Very impressed by these two young men! Please make sure they are recognized!
Just a little footnote: I'm currently writing a book on customer service in the various industries (Restaurant, Lodging, Retail, Medical, etc.) You can be assured that these above examples of GREAT customer service will definitely be...

Every single time I've called this location I get told different things by each associate I've spoken to. If you're looking for the viral TikTok Christmas Tree look elsewhere this location isn't willing to help you get one and don't care the least bit! The 2 Christmas Trees they had available they sold it to the employees. I have called 2-3 times per day for almost a week come to find out today that they've been placed on hold as they have been purchased. I asked the associate how was this possible if I had called late last night right before the store closed and the associate I spoke with told me they had not unloaded it yet to call back in the morning. The associate didn't know how to respond to this and said that they don't know if they're going to get more but to continue checking. She said these aren't available for purchase because someone placed the order. I told her how was it possible for an order to be placed when the trees weren't unloaded as of last night I asked her if she can please take my order so that I can be the first one to get one when they restock. She refused and said she can't do that because the trees are sold out and unavailable for order. I proceed to tell her that they've been sold out since October then how is it possible for these people to place an order for an item that's been sold out. She didn't know how to respond to that either. They sold these trees to the employees!! This shouldn't be allowed on a hot commodity item as people call the store to check on the stock. They told me they were receiving tons of calls asking for the 2 trees that were on the truck. It's completely unacceptable to keep customers on edge to call back the store over and over again just to tell them that it was sold because other people placed an order for them when they wouldn't allow you to make a Will Call order. HORRIBLE customer service!!! You're better off trying a different location. This is exactly why Amazon is taking over retail stores because of instances like these people much prefer to purchase from Amazon. You're paying so much money for these trees to receive such horrible customer service. These employees make it much more difficult than what it needs to be. Definitely won't be giving my hard earned money to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the worst purchasing experience at this Home Depot. I purchased an appliance packageā¦.a washer, dryer, range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator totaling $7,500. The delivery was set for today 11/13/19. When the delivery truck arrived they unloaded everything and the refrigerator had a broken door and the range had scratches on the flat top. The delivery driver tried to get us to accept the refrigerator and they wanted us to get in touch with Samsung to schedule a tech to come out to replace the damaged door. We refused to take the damaged products. We then called our local Home Depot here in Titusville to speak to the Appliance department manager Sonya. I was told that she would call me back after she was finished with the customer she was with. Two hours later I still did not hear from her so I called Home Depot back again and spoke to customer service. Finally a half hour later Sonya called me back and told me that I would have to call Samsung and request a re-shipment of my range and refrigerator. She provided me a phone number that after we got off the phone I called and rotor-rooter answered. I now once again had to call our local Home Depot and the customer service rep gave me a number to the Samsung Hotline. I called that number and spoke with Ceasar which informed me that I would need to call the Home Depot Business center and deal directly with them. He provided me with their number. Sonya calls me as I was dialing the number to the Home Depot Business Center and tells me that she will not be able to have our items delivered for another week because they donāt have any trucks available. After that I called the Home Depot Business Center and they informed me that they have our replacement items in their warehouse and can ship them out to the delivery company by this Friday 11/15/19 however their third party delivery company doesnāt have any available trucks until Wednesday 11/20/19. So now we have to wait another week because they are unwilling to do anything to expedite our shipment. Along every step of this way all the employees of Home Depot say is āI understand but there is nothing I can do about itā. This has been the worst $7,500 appliance buying experience I have ever had. I will not be purchasing anything from this Home...
