Wow, it's been six months since I been the Krystal's. I forgot I even wrote a review until I got on here to write a review today because of the customer service I had this week. On April 15th, 2019, I went into crystals around 2 p.m. I ordered specifically fresh chili cheese fries and two regular pups. once I got my food the fries were not fresh they were hard with a darker brown color and all they did was pour some chili over it to try to disguise the fact that they did not give me fresh fries. The pups that I received one of my pups for some reason half the bun was soggy, and it just made me never want to go back to Krystal's again. I'm done with crystals it seems like some of the workers there they just don't give a damn about providing good customer service. They don't seem respectful of what the customer orders. It just seems lazy of a worker in the food industry not to want to get the customer exactly what they order. Their laziness give them cause to just give the customer what they want them to have and not what the customer actually ordered.And if they have a problem with giving the customer what they ordered then they should not be working in the food service industry. I understand it may not be all the employees, but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch, and businesses could lose lots of customers that way. The food I received on the 15th of April was terrible because of this service. I made a vow of not to ever go back to Krystal's in Titusville, Florida, again. It's a good thing because it has inspired me to stay home and cook more for me and my family. A blessing in disguise. Long waits a few times. I stopped coming for a while because of the long wait. Decided to stop in today after a year, and wait wasn't long. Im assuming its who's working,their work standards, and how well they value their job and customers. Better experience this time. To the krystals owner. I saw your response and decided to try It again. On Sept 17,2023. The workers failed me again. I ordered the regular pups and chili cheese fries. My complaint is about the hotdogs for the pups and the buns. The apple turnover didn't have much filling, though. I bit the top and nothing but dryness, no apple filling at all. It was halfway at the bottom.The hot dogs were old,anyone could tell by looking. Dried and wrinkly dogs definitely could not be fresh. The buns were damp/soggy. I should have taken a picture of the buns before I requested fresh ones. I would think that they would have given me fresh pups as well by throwing the bad food away and replacing all with fresh food, but I gave those workers too much credit. They obviously don't give a darn. You should really get a supervisor who takes their job seriously to train and watch these workers to ensure their doing things correctly that will reflect your restaurant name in a better light because it's been doing the opposite for years. This kind of work ethic will eventually run your business into the ground. You should do something about it as soon...

Here's what I see as a customer....I will pay over $20 for food and I deserve to be talked to and treated like any paying customer should. I think the employee (inside) the store didn't want to wait on me. I could tell by his attitude when he walked around the corner and looked at me. The ad said I could buy 12 hamburgers, 2 drinks and 2 fries. I looked at the bag and I saw the fries were missing. I feel like he did it on purpose. I asked him about it. Then he walked around the corner and got them. He never said he was sorry for the mistake, he never thanked me for my patronage or said "have a good day!" Nothing!! I wasn't mad. I was more courteous than he was. I just felt like I spent my hard earned money there and I mostly got treated like a loser or something. If this young man has a problem with the public, then perhaps he shouldn't work with them! It has been over a year since I stopped by there. I got an attitude last year as well. Why do these managers allow their employees. to treat their customers like this? If I were the Mgr then I would enforce "customer courtesy" that used to be instilled in the minds of the employees. They also seem too slow. there was only one other person there and one in the drive thru, why take so long? Maybe that's why this place isn't as crowded as it could be. People are sick of the slow, prejudice employees that don't want to wait on them. People will go out of their way to skip this place if they don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFull disclosure, we both LOVE Krystals to begin with! That being said, did this location and meal live up to our expectations and previous trips to countless others? Yes. Yes it did. We were both craving Krystals and drove farther and slightly out of our way to satisfy our greasy dark urges, and it was totally worth it! š We both ordered the #1 combo meals (4 Krystal burgers, fries, and a drink), one with cheese and one without. We both opted for the chili-cheese fries, and we ordered a few additional items, because Krystals! We added a chili cheese pup each and a Krystal chick. The cashier was great!! She was very friendly and helpful, and got our order taken and out to us very quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Everything was perfect and exactly what we were craving at the time. It's Krystals, so you kinda know what you're getting, but there are good locations and there are locations you'd never return to. I'm happy to report that this is a great Krystals, and I'd definitely return. I have nothing but good things to say about this particular location. So if you're in the locale and craving a Krystal fix, you can't go wrong here. Go. Go now! Get those tasty little awesome burgers!
