Sunshine Health Foods & Wellness Center — Local services in Titusville

I wanted to give this store another try and was totally disappointed. I've been in the store in the past, and there was zero customer service. Today, I stopped by thinking I'd receive some assistance picking out a certain supplement that my Dr recommended. There were 2 employees in the store and no customers. It was just me. No one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there patiently waiting for some assistance. I was extremely overwhelmed by all the options and already had anxiety from my Drs appointment. I waited long enough and decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else. After getting in my car, I noticed the man who worked there decided to step outside. To late sir, money left the building. Feeling overwhelmed, I wiped my tears as I drove off. As a multiple business owner myself, customer service goes a long way! Never would have even known this place existed but for a couple of recommendations. I was in an extremely bad car accident about a year and a half ago. A young lady decided that text couldn't wait and hit me nearly head on. My speedometer was stuck on 60mph. Cost her everything. She lost her life and ruined mine. After multiple surgeries(both my right foot and right shoulder are titanium with more to follow) and being forced to retire pain, depression, and anxiety are now my life. After a few people (including a nurse at my Doctors office) recommended I try CBD oil(i had no idea what it even was). This is my third visit to the store since 2018. Years ago, I made a large purchase from the nutritionist Tim Perry, who provided valuable information and was very hands-on. However, three months ago, when I walked in, I was not greeted, and I felt very uncomfortable. I almost left but decided to give them my business anyway.

Today, my experience was similar. The cashier kept her distance and watched me intently. When I approached the register, she called the owner, Tim Perry, who looked at me with suspicion.
