Visiting my hometown for a week and had to check out the new independent local comic book store. Neat little setup on the main drag of Down town T-ville. Glad it is somewhere that will get visibility. New location and different layout as of 10/3/20 than many of the photos on Google Maps.
Due to Covid and shipping issues they had very few games in stock and said they had a shipment on the way. I was looking for some from Z-man games. I was also informed that their t-shirt and other swag supply has not shown up from their local supplier.
I did see a nice large selection of Wizards of the Coast Dungeons and Dragons guides from the classic players handbook, DM guide, Monster manual, Dungeons & Dragons vs Rick and Morty, and the newest Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. I hear they have some drop in games available but don't remember the schedule.

I saw the comic shop was right next to the theatre and I was thinking, "Score!" I went in and I saw that it was set up with tables set up for games. It seemed that M:TG was the big game in the area. They seem to support some local comic book artist, which I give them kudos for. Their workers were friendly and attentive to my son, which appreciated. Their wall books looked alright. It looked like they were selling Next Men 21 for 100 dollars, which I thought okay that's not unreasonable. I did not find anything to purchase. As I was walking out I saw Uncanny Xmen Annual 14 (1st Gambit cameo). That's a great book to get if you are a Gambit fan. I have been to worse...

Being an accommodating parents (and a big fan of "The Big Bang Theory") I naturally wanted to support her budding love of comic books, and we wandered into The Infinite Mushroom.
They have a delightful array of games, comics, and I believe that if your into Magic or D&D this is a good place for you (I'm pretending I know about these things).
But, most importantly for me, they also have a delightful selection of age appropriate comics for my daughter: My Little Pony, Young...
