This is one of our favorite places. They always have stuff for the kids, have a new playground activity, also have new fitness stations on the walking Track, and pet friendly. Look, it's right next to the bridge that we love the walk or bike on. We have fished there, we plan on fishing a whole lot more. We love little animals, and the squirrels are tame will take food from your hand. And why would you not want to be next to Pier 220? If you don't want to go to Pier 220, bring your stuff to grill cuz there's plenty of grills next to the playground. The bathrooms are always clean and open. The view is spectacular in the morning, and in the evening when the sun sets. It is awesome family time.

A beautiful park that makes a fantastic extension to a walk back and forth over the bridge. If you're looking for a lovely spot to get in some cardio, you get the best of both incline and flat elevation here. It's right on the water where the cool breeze helps offset the heat. You might see manatee, gators, and especially dolphins playing near the shoreline. There's a wide open grassy area for dogs to run free, as well as plenty of playground areas for the kids (including a good-sized splash park, perfect for the summer heat!). Sand Point Park is a pleasant spot for an early morning or evening stroll, and watching the sun set over the water is the cherry on top of the whole experience!

We’ve lived here since 2019 and Sand Point Park continues to steadily decline. It makes no sense because it has so many amenities allowing it to be an amazing place for families to spend the day. However, it’s poorly maintained and become run over with the homeless population using the gazebos as their homes. There’s trash everywhere and 4-5 boats were washed up along the sea wall. Some of the boats have been there for a while, so it just adds to the rundown feel of it all. The bathrooms are usually gross too. Such a beautiful park, the city should do a better job managing it.

This park has several paved walking paths, covered pavilions, picnic tables, benches and restrooms. There is also a small boat launch pad, a large children playground and a splash pad. One of their unusual feature is the excercise equipment spread out along the path including some for wheelchair bound people. Lots of fishing spots and always people fishing. Park is kept cleaned. The park is adjacent to the river causeway which has walking and bike lanes too. And there is a restaurant and bar, Pier 220, under the causeway with two long fishing piers on each side.

I came here just to walk around but got more than I bargained for..I saw some alligators in the pond and a few kinds of birds. There are some pretty interesting workout stations along the walking path, some of which are wheelchair accessible. I actually used some of the equipment and it was nice. It is a good length walking path, I did about 1.5 miles all around the park. There is not a lot of shade but there are picnic areas, restrooms, splash pad, and playground. A lot of people were fishing and some of those birds were waiting around to steal some fish.

It was my first time to Titusville and we will definitely be back! They are also doing major improvements to the area for cross paths and walkways to get from the bridge to the Park area where there is a playground, plenty of parking, and if I'm not mistaken bathrooms and lots of coast line to cast off. We were throwing crab cages and we caught a couple of stone crabs and for some odd reason lots of puffer fish! Maybe we weren't using the right bait but will definitely got a bucketful next time🤣
