New post 7/07/24: Courtney is awesome! She has been there from the start for me. So glad she came back! If she's busy i will wait for her, and she always says hi when she sees me and uses my name. Every time i have a question, she has an answer. Absolutely love her!!
PLEASE READ! I'm keeping the 5 star rating on here because I don't think an awful experience with one person will keep me from going back. However, when I came to pick up my order on Thursday 8/2022 I had a very bad experience with the "boss" no less. I walked in as usual, waited by desk to be greeted and for them to take my card. Instead of being greeted, I was rudely addressed by LISA by saying " are you going to stand there or sit down" Very condescending tone and came out very rude. When it was my turn, I of course got her. If not on way to work I would not have dealt with her at all and would have waited. However, when I told her she was rude, doesn't know how to greet or speak to people she tried to "apologize" by not admitting she could have phrased it better, she just said " You just took what I said wrong", and she just gave me more attitude back. I asked her to please finish my transaction so I could get away from her. I have NEVER walked into this place and not been greeted with a friendly hello. No matter how busy or slow. Not this time. It was like I didn't exist. I've worked C.S for over 20 years, first rule is always say hello and acknowledge them. Her come back has been she's worked over 30, and I did respond "only because your older". She didn't like that. I admit, I did stoop to her level for 10 sec. I never yelled or pitched a fit. The real kicker however, was when she was giving my change she LICKED HER FINGERS! TO GIVE ME BACK MY CHANGE! At that point I'd had enough. Told her I didn't want money where she she licked her fingers to give me the money. Can anyone say CORONAVIRUS??!!!. At that point she handed me off to someone else (thankfully). When I said something to her, she did apologize and meant it and that's when I was told LISA was the boss. I was just there a week before, and you never come in and just sit down. But apparently to LISA this is what you should do. And still never got a hello. There were many ways this woman could have asked me to have a seat such as " hi, we'll be with you in a minute, just have a seat" But the licking of the fingers to give me my change is classless and dangerous and my last straw. For all I know she could have something I could catch from her spit after touching the money. I already have health issue, I do not need my health put in jeopardy because she has to LICK her fingers to get out my change. I hope people actually read this and someone in the CURALEAF CO. takes notice. Will I return? Yes. Will I look for friendlier dispensaries, YES. Even Titusville has options and if I need to, I'll just go to Orlando where everyone is happy for your business. I was so happy and in a good mood before this encounter. By the time I left, I was pissed. But I stayed calm and never yelled. But I was so upset by this, by the time I got my stuff, I walked out WITHOUT MY CHANGE. HOWEVER, the wonderfully nice girl I did get to deal with (and I'm sorry I don't have your name) did call me to let me know I didn't get it and she would hold for me until I could come back. Their flower doesn’t have a label as to the exact thc, cbn, and cbd percentage in each batch/quantity you purchase, rather it appears they google the percentage and use that on the (thc varries from plant to plant) label. Worse off yet the you can’t view any flower before which is awesome when your getting an oz for 350 dollars, and what I ended up with had spider mites, and cat hair. How does cannabis grown indoor or in a safe environment have mites and animal hair? I wouldn’t have paid 100 dollars for this let alone 350 had I been able to look at it before purchase, this should be criminal as anyone with a compromised immunity could potentially be damaged from smoking contaminated Cannabis. This place might be great for older customers and consumers who don’t have serious illnesses, or don’t know any better, but if you want actual pristine cannabis avoid this location at all costs I wouldn’t trust any of their products if it’s made from the same flower, looks nothing like the outdoor or indoor strains from California and the states with more proper programs, or the pictures shown, completely garbage in terms of accuracy and quality for the price, and with only 2.5 ounces maximum of medicine per month this is a very big let down. Read moreI purchased an ounce of their flour when I got home it was not flower it was ground and anybody that goes to the dispensaries knows that ground is cheaper than flour. I was informed that they have no return policy so basically I got screwed out of what I should have purchased and instead of having some customer service and at least giving me 10% off my next visit or 20% off my next visit they basically are like oh so sorry we know about the problem but we can't fix it for you you weren't the only one. I will now choose to drive to Merritt Island to get what I need to get instead of spending my hundreds of dollars a month that I spent at this facility because there are no return policies and no customer service. The day that I purchased I was dealing with a new girl it took her over an hour and I'm not exaggerating to fill my order the manager had to step in and help her because she messed up I didn't complain I stood there my time is valuable but I didn't complain I stood there and then when I got home to not have what I paid for was very frustrating and then to go into day and be told that they're not going to be able to do anything for me they've lost the customer and I would like for the management to know that. I feel you should be able to go back in the computer like you are able to see what was purchased know that you had great diamonds Miss packaged and the customers that come in complaining about getting ground grape diamonds instead of flour grape diamonds should be given a discount off their next purchase at least if not given the product that they had purchased originally in...
