I will start with some of the positive with this restaurant: The menu was big with traditional Vietnamese's staple (some Vietnamese restaurants have Chinese or Thai but this is all Vietnamese which I like). There is a kid menu but it's very limited where you can only choose the pho or rice plate. I ended up choosing the rice plate which my son enjoyed but not so much my daughter (but she's a pretty picky eater). I ended up doing my favorite a sandwich and Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was pretty expensive since it was a small cup however the flavor was good. The sandwich was not too bad - the bagette was crispy and the sauce was good. As someone else wrote - the food is slow but everything is very fresh. Now to the negative and reason for the three star: I did not particularly like the meat in my sandwich or in the noodle bowl. It was very sweet and chewy. I prefer the one they used for the kids meal. The ice tea didn't taste very good. Not sure what type of tea or brand they are using but it wasn't too keen. Lastly the service was terrible. I know they are trying to hire but the two teenagers that were working mostly stay at the cash register talking to each other. We had to ask for refill and had to flag down the check. Worse of all, my one year old daughter accidentally spilled her drink and it went all over the table and floor plus on my dad - we ended up cleaning it with no assistance from the waitstaff. It was a bit off putting.

Service was overall pretty good, but there were times when we wondered where our server had gone and the food took a while to come out. I would recommend passing on their spring rolls as it's just shrimp and lettuce. The wrappers were also very chewy and peanut sauce bland. The beef bahn mi and chicken vermicelli bowl were both okay, but the food overall lacked flavor compared to other places we have been. If you come, I'd recommend the bahn mi sandwiches over the vermicelli as the beef was flavored well and had some nice crunchy veggies. Their house lemonade is probably the best thing we had and would highly recommend it!

I love my pho and I have to say....I have never had my pho packaged so nicely and handled with so much care! Even the raw meat inside the bowl of noodles was bagged!!! Talk about appreciation!!!! Besides the packaging, I was also blown away with the 3 sauces, I just felt so spoiled with this take home soup. After a long day at work, pho iust hits the spot for me and with the viet signature soup, P1, which is also a beef combination soup was definitely fulfilling since there was plenty of meat!! There was a nice balance of noodle to meat ratio and I did not feel cheated for what I paid. Satisfied customer all zee way!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pho Viet & Grill. I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while, but after this visit, I won’t be coming back. The service was absolutely unacceptable.

We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table to take our drink order. Because of the wait, we went ahead and ordered our drinks, appetizers, and pho all at the same time. After ordering, we then waited an additional 25 minutes for our food to come out.

To make matters worse, a table that was seated 10 minutes after us not only got their drinks right away but were served their food long before we were. There is no excuse for that kind of service.

When I asked to speak to a manager, he came over with a smile on his face — which felt completely insincere given the situation. He apologized and offered us 20% off, claiming they are “training new staff.” That’s simply not true. I’ve been here before — it’s the same staff I’ve seen every time.

Yes, they were busy — but being busy does not justify completely ignoring a table for 15 minutes or making guests wait 25 minutes for food while serving other tables who arrived after them. This was by far the worst service I’ve received at this restaurant, and frankly, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had anywhere.

I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place if you expect even the bare minimum of...

Me and my boyfriend went for lunch today and all i can say is terrible food, service and atmosphere. They were very busy which I understand however this was more than slack from just being busy. We both ordered the vermicelli bowls with chicken aswell as 2 waters. When we sat down our waiter asked if “water is okay” and disappeared. Neither of us got refills on our waters the entire time we were there. It took about 30 minutes for our food to come out and there were peanuts and cilantro in the bowl which WASN’T listed on the menu. If someone were to eat this not knowing there were peanuts it would be very bad for this restaurant. Our waiter was NOT attentive and ignored us the entire time we were there. There was an issue with the table next to us and they said the beef spring rolls had a beef jerky texture (the chicken in our bowls was also extremely dry) and the manager came up to our table asked “what can I do for you” with a rude tone and the other table called her over. Would not recommend for anyone to come to this establishment unless you enjoy bad food and bad service. It was a...
