Unfortunate. I usually enjoy my chipotle but I realized that is because I always get it to-go. Today Saturday August 23, 2025 my wife and I came in around 7:45pm and decided to dine in. (This Chipotle closes at 10:00pm). As we sit down to enjoy our meal, we noticed a staff member (either had red streaks in her hair or red ribbons) was cleaning the chairs and tables. Thats cool, she has a job to do, no biggie. But then she starts cleaning the table right next to us which is less than 1 foot away on my right. And she is spraying the table with the cleaning solution bottle to wipe down the table. I was taken aback and a bit judgmental but didnt think much of it. Then…she did it again to the other table that was immediately to the left of me which is also less than a foot away. I can only imagine the aerosol particles that dispersed into the air and into our food (since we are less than a foot from the tables and the spray of the cleaning solution). I can only hope and pray that my pregnant wife and my unborn child does not suffer any medical complications from this incident. Shameful display. We lost our appetite and we had to throw away the rest of my wife’s food, just to be safe.
Not sure if this is a training issue or just a personnel/staffing issue. But I hope the team learns from this and becomes a bit more aware and observant of the customers around them as they conduct their day...

The man who made the food was very nice, but when I got home I noticed he put sour cream on the wrong bowl which is fine, mistakes happen,I drove back to get it remade.WELL out of nowhere comes "THE MANAGER" (a short Spanish lady) and she gets on to him for remaking the food & saids "no receipt, no food" LOL GIRL BYE!!!!!!!! I returned the food in the bag they gave me before I even asked for a remake!!!! So they HAD the food they made wrong !!! & First of all I just spent $30 & they all just seen me there 20 min ago!! Second of all the cashier DID NOT give me a receipt. Y'all messed up & she wants to be petty over a receipt they didn't give me?!She then tried to say "I'll "LET" you have your food this one time but have a receipt next time...... EXCUSE ME?!?! I paid for this!!!!! Damn right I'm getting my food I took my food out her hands & left! HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOUR JOB RIGHT AND NOT COME FOR THE CUSTOMER WHO DROVE BACK 20 min TO GET IT DONE THE RIGHT WAY. Terrible management! Read moreHighly disappointed. My family and I ordered 4 bowls and none came with black beans (that we asked for on our order) and 2 bowls with no queso on it (that we asked for). The website did NOT state if they ran out of these specific items. We tried calling only to be met with some stupid, unhelpful Ai assistant that told us to get extra help by going to the email that was sent to us from ordering. Then we were only offered 2 free drinks and 2 sides of queso (that felt like a slap in the face). I would have loved it if we were able to speak to the manager as it wouldn't have been time consuming like the Ai assistant. Another thing to add to this is that we found a long strand of hair in one of our tortillas. That was very disgusting! It couldn't be eaten. We are paying to much for this food to be experiencing something like this! This was a horrible experience and you will not catch me coming back to this location.
