I normally have a good experience at this store, but this past weekend was different. Usually the restrooms are open, but this time they were closed, and the sales clerk yelled at me when I tried to use it. She finally relented, so I went in to use it, but she continued pestering and hounding my mom about it the entire time we were there. While my mom was shopping, the sales clerk badmouthed us on the phone loud enough so my mom could hear her. Then when my mom went to purchase an item, the lady sarcastically said over the phone, "Oh, NOW she wants to buy something." When I came out of the bathroom, the lady continued hounding me about the bathroom, as if I didn't hear her the first few times she said it. I understand she was irritated about it, but this hounding and badmouthing was unnecessary. Like I said, we normally have a good experience here, but this past time left a bad taste in my mouth, and we are not likely to return to this shop anytime soon. Hopefully, the sales clerk can learn that there's a better way to tell people not to use the restroom without making them feel unwelcome...

WOW! I had the same thing happen to me last month. I know where the restroom was because I have been a customer for years, so I just went straight to it. The woman waited for me to come out the restroom and told me that I could not use it and continued following me around the store telling me that I am not suppose to use the restroom. Then she asked was I a customer. I said YES because how would I know where the restroom was located. I said but I wont be a customer anymore. Please please learn what Allys Law/Restroom Access Act. Yes it is enforced here in Texas. I have IBD and had an accident trying to get to the restroom, so being chastised by the woman was not fun, but I guess I should have left the mess for her to clean. haha.
