The instore experience was fine. The delivery and customer service are a disaster. Two weeks ago they brought the wrong color couch to our home. One of the questions the rep asked was ; "Do you know the difference between grey and brown?" VERY INSULTING ! After spending an hour on the phone with customer service (while I was at work, trying to correct their error) they agreed to leave the wrong color one and promised to bring the correct color today. Now, today, they come with 5 of the 7 pieces and offer to leave the mismatched pieces. Why would I have any confidence that they will bring the whole set ? I received multiple emails and texts about the delivery schedule but not one notification about a delivery of an incomplete set. Yes, I answered every call today, even the ones that said Potential SPAM. Add to the fact that my wife had surgery recently and had to miss her physical therapy appointments to be home for the two "deliveries" . I'm sure there will be no response to this review, two weeks ago I sent a complaint email regarding the customer service disaster and I never got a response. Last week, Bob’s delivered the couch in the wrong color due to an intentional sales trick performed by Christian Salvador since our color was unavailable for 5-6 weeks. He lied to us and set up the delivery for the wrong color intentionally which was confirmed when my husband went into Bobs to see how they were going to fix the situation with a pregnant woman sitting home with a one year old child and just a floor to sit on. After an hour they finally agreed to credit our delivery charge back to card and set up a new delivery a week later (today). The wrong color was delivered once again. I can’t stop crying, I can’t believe this is happening all because of Christian Salvador’s dirty trick. Tired, uncomfortable, and swollen feet from standing so much I guess is what you purchase from Bobs when you’re pregnant. My husband went in to the store to speak to a sales representative and said there is nothing they can do for us. Read moreFirst off i want to say the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. So this isnt really a poor rating for him. I purchased upwards of 6500 dollars of furniture yesterday. I aked if there was any type of sale..they said no sales for 4th of July..i asked if there was anything they could do since it was a fairly large purchase. Maybe cover the tax like some stores do..nope..or even free delivery..NOPE..not even free delivery...so honestly i am a little disatisfied with there policy on that. There prices are not cheaper for comparable pieces..i know because i have been shopping around for similar styles in differwnt stores..i picked bobs because i was worn oit with shopping. Also today i texted the number i was given if i had any questions about order..i texted to push out my delivery date due to flooring install. I got the aomeone who said he was manager and asked me when would i like to reschedule..i asked him about any available times at end of mo th and he just never responded..so as i said..this is really a rati g on the storw in general and their policies..not so much the young man...
