My husband, and I highly recommend Chazmatazz Formal Wear for wedding day tuxedo rentals! We began working with Stephen, the owner, and his team in Fall 2020 for our rental process. We decided on a style for the groom, groomsmen, and immediate family, with assistance from Steve. He utilized the venue, season, and the bridal gown’s style to provide the best guidance to what tuxedo would look best. This was so helpful, and more than we expected during our first visit. During our planning process we needed to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic. The team at Chazmatazz was nothing but understanding, and empathic. Since we changed from a spring to winter wedding, my husband, and I felt we also needed to change the original style of tuxedos we chose. Chazmatazz made this change without any problem, or hesitation and were happy to accommodate us. When my husband went to pick up his tux a couple days before the wedding, he wasn’t happy with how the shirt was fitting on him. Stephen, and the rest of the team at Chazmatazz went above and beyond to make sure my husband was comfortably fit and made the necessary alterations right away for the wedding day without any hesitation. Stephen made sure my husband was not “settling” on the shirt and made sure he was happy and comfortable with what he was wearing before leaving the store for our wedding. All the other groomsmen who rented, were measured properly, and received a clean tuxedo and dress shoes for the wedding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this business 100 stars I would. Steven, along with his Wife and amazing staff helped my husband and I TREMENDOUSLY! To start, we have been patronizing CM since our wedding back in 2019. This place, is litterally a hidden gem in Toms River. From the moment we stepped foot in there we knew they were forever going to be our go to.

Reverse back to yesterday Wednesday at 6pm. I popped into CM in a really big pickle. A very close friend of ours passed away from a very brave long battle of brain cancer. The wake is Friday. The hurdle? My husband is out on the road in his big rig in Florida! Clearly - he is unable to come in for measurements and a suit! Steven and his wife took the time to physically go through file boxes from 2023 to pull my husbands last measurements! Talk about great organization skills and client dedication! On 2pm Thursday (Less than 24hrs since my visit Steven was on the phone telling me that he found the measurements and was tailoring and dry cleaning the suit and was going to be ready for pick up by 7pm that day!!! I was walking through that door at 7pm Thursday picking up a suit for the wake in less than 5hrs since the call.

I can’t not express my gratitude enough. I don’t think any other business would have went above and beyond like CM did for us today!!!! I thank you Steven and your team for really truly caring about your clients and treating them like family. This is what keeps us all coming back.

I went to this store twice to get my son a tux to wear as a ring bearer. The first time I went there in Aug and the girl who worked there was rude and said she wouldn’t size my son because it was 2 months before the wedding. I asked them to size him anyway since the shop is far from my house and my son was starting school in Sept. I said that he probably wouldn’t grow too much in 8 weeks anyway. I did take him back to try on and pick up the tux with my parents 2 days before the wedding in Sept. The owner of the shop did let out both the pants and jacket very slightly even though it looked fine already. The same girl was working again (which I think was the shop owners daughter), said to my parents as I was standing next to them on the phone that “his mother said he wasn’t going to grow and we had to let out both his pants and his jacket!” I am still appalled by how rude the shop girl was. Even my parents couldn’t believe she said that. My father got a tux as well and one pant leg was longer then the other which is why they have you try them on. I just hope the groomsmen’s tuxes from out of state were OK! Rediculous that I should have to bring a 6 year old there 3 times in 2 months...
