An experience I would like to forget. If you are blind or visually impaired like me, you will be frustrated, and I was with sighted people. The menu has pics of the selections but the descriptions were not readable for me. You have to make your order utilizing an order pad, something like an iPad, but no dark theme, so I could not order for myself. The server tried to explain everything to us first timers here but the background music was to loud. You have a two hour time limit to make your order and eat, you can eat as much as you want in that time frame. If you order an item during lunch but it is listed as a dinner item, you pay the dinner price. Order the soup and that is extra and everyone gets charged for soup even if you did not order one. There is a hot plate to cook your food on in the middle of the table, so if you have kids with you, make sure they don't get burned. Each place setting at the table also has a small hot plate to make your soup on, so make sure the kids don't turn that on without you knowing. After the order was placed on the pad, a different server came with small plates of food on a cart and put them on the table. When I asked him what they were (visually impaired), he said "I don't know". When I asked the others at the table, they trust to figure it out by looking at the pics on the pad and determined that may be a vegetable but the pics right match. I could not cook my own food on the hot plate because I could not see if it was done. They were out of something I ordered and took a while to advice me. Sauces and sides were at another location, but I could not see where or what. The server was kind enough to get me some for a spring roll when I asked if they had any. If you are in a wheelchair, you may struggle navigating inside going to a table as there were chairs in an aisle leading to the section I was at, and cleaning supplies in the halfway at the restrooms, which also leads to the means of egress. For parties of 6 or more they tack on an 18% gratuity for the drinks and food they bring out to you to cook yourself. Unless there is something else going on that I did not see or anyone told me this is not a barbeque in the traditional sense. There should be some type of labels on the plate with the meats for so you know what it is. I also have concerns about cross contamination between the raw chicken, meat and vegetables by way of the tongs. No kids menu, but they have a reduced price. xxxxxxxxxxx Edited for spelling and updated. Went back for an occasion with a group hoping the experience would be better... still cannot order on the iPad because the waitress did not know how to make change it to dark theme. They should sanitize the pads so you don't get contamination from the previous customers dirty fingers. Items for other tables were brought to our table and that server did not know what it was and told us to look at the picture on the iPad to identify it. This happened several times. Some orders did not come out (maybe they went to a different table) so we had to order again. The waitress changed out the grill but forgot to turn it back on and corrected it about 5 minutes later. The waitress was infrequent with drink refills and taking the empty pile of plates away. It was busy just before dinner on a Saturday, but not an excuse for the wrong orders or follow-ups, that is management's responsibility and nothing has changed in 11 months. This was the second time the group was here hoping for a better experience. It was not and it is...
Read moreO, how dost I love thee, KPot's Korean BBQ? Let me count the ways! Thou art a culinary symphony, a feast fit for the gods, where tender meats and savory delights entwine in a waltz of flavors divine. From the moment I step within thy realm, the air doth fill with the sizzle and scent of grilling perfection, beckoning me forth to partake in the gastronomic delight that awaits.
Like the Bard's finest sonnets, thy menu unfolds with artistry and skill. A plethora of meats, marinated and seasoned with care, graces the table, awaiting their turn upon the grill's fiery embrace. And as I stand before the bounty, I am but a humble actor, performing my role in this culinary play, turning and tending the meats with reverence, like a bard attending to each verse.
The chorus of side dishes, known as bonchan, accompanies the main act with a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The spicy kimchi, the delicate bean sprouts, and the refreshing seaweed salad dance upon my palate, each adding their own note to the symphony of flavors that unfolds.
But 'tis not just the food that captures my heart; nay, it is the communal spirit that doth elevate this dining experience to a grand spectacle. Here, friends and strangers alike gather 'round the grill, sharing laughter and tales as the meal progresses. The clinking of glasses and the clatter of chopsticks provide a percussion of merriment, adding a sense of camaraderie to the culinary affair.
And as the evening wanes, I find myself reluctant to bid adieu to this enchanting realm of Korean BBQ. Like a Shakespearean play, it has woven a tale of delight and camaraderie, leaving a mark upon my soul. My heart doth swell with gratitude for this culinary theater, and I shall forever cherish the memories forged amidst the aroma and camaraderie of KPot's Korean BBQ.
In conclusion, I declare my love for thee, KPot's Korean BBQ, to be as boundless as the sea, and as eternal as the stars. For thou hast bestowed upon me a banquet of joy and friendship, worthy of the grandest of Shakespearean praises. The bulgogi is...
Read moreSurprise B day dinner to a great friend. 4 adults , 3 kids under gratuity old $200+++ for dinner, not including the tip. Oh by the way , nothing more then 4 waters and 3 lemonade for the kids. That is right no cocktails to add on our bill. With that said first time here, waited 1hr. In our car to be seated. Not much room inside to wait, and only about 12 stools at the bar. Don't get me wrong, bartenders were friendly. $15+ cocktails, $6+ beers... Not so good... you are not told you are timed when seated!!!!!! That's right. Even though All u can eat style, you are timed. When this place was busy, meats , veggies and noodles could take some time to hit your table. We had raw chicken waiting for k cup over 10mins. No way of cooking it. Remember you are timed!!!!! Another good one. If 1 person wants ths BBQ, the entire table has too!!!! $5 add on.... kids were $12. That's a lot for mainly nuggets and fries. 2 of our 3 kids wound up sick.... 2 of us were GLUTEN free .. even telling our server like person, we both got sick. I only had a thin Ribeye steak that took 40mins to cook on grill.... Grills are old, so they turn off or time out after a few mins. Wound up eating my veggies raw. We still got sick. Oh by the way, about the time my steak cooked, we were told we only had 10 mins. To vacate the booth .. what!!!!!!! Hard to Eat $35 worth of white rice and raw veggies!!!! Better going to Beacon u0, River Rock or MJs and getting drunk plus dinner for what we paid. Floors dirty, forget about the restrooms. That says it all for me ... won't visit again! By the way parking not so good, careful if you think you can park in a food pick up signage area, local security and police ticketing... That is my 1 and last review for here. Eat if you can, at your own risk. Holy cow , my friend The Birthday Boy Credit Card was overcharged $100. Bill was Over $300 + 18 percent gratuity automatically. ...
