Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Toms River

I usually never write a review but this needed to be said , I’ve been here multiple times and the same thing keeps happening and me and my boyfriend still go because the food is okay and sometimes we crave it but honestly they have too many tables and less servers so if you don’t have enough servers don’t sit people down because then you have others waiting a long time which isn’t fair , me and my boyfriend were finally seated and after 20 minutes our waitress finally takes our order , nice girl but she barley checked on us and had the manager ask us if we need anything it shouldn’t have to be like that . Either have people wait to be seated or hire more servers . Our waitress takes our order we get ultimate nachos which is amazing but they were cold unfortunately and we got this new Buffalo pizza which was super spicy and usually I love spicy but the Buffalo was so overpowering of the pizza it wasn’t good . We asked for sour cream for our nachos and don’t get it until 20 minutes later when we finished them and as we get brought out our appetizer she brings out our main dish and it’s frustrating because then we have to rush to eat so our main dish doesn’t get cold . I got boneless bbq wings and most of the reviews are right they are being cheap and stop giving as much sauce on them and they were super dry and I had to ask for more honey bbq which took another 15 minutes to get and at that point the wings are cold . We didn’t get any refills on drinks until the check was brought and we could barley find someone when we needed our waiter or if we ask someone else to bring a bag or sour cream they have an attitude and bring it 20 minutes later . Listen i understand it’s a Friday but hire more servers then . This was my last straw and I finally wanted to share my experience and also my boyfriend didn’t like his food either . OMG I have been going here for years the best one. It was actually located at Monmouth Mall in Eatontown the chicken wings keep getting smaller and smaller and smaller. Anyway I found out I could order fried cauliflower with the same kind of sauces or dry rubs as the chicken so I did yesterday what came to my table for $24 was nothing short of Robbery the cauliflower which was about two small handfuls of tiny cauliflower florettes came to my table so thick with batter that you couldn’t even taste the cauliflower total cost for head of cauliflower on sale right now is $1.99 you could’ve made at least 30 of those dinners that you charge me $24 for and like I said, the cauliflower had so much breading or batter on it you couldn’t even taste the cauliflower I’m gonna swear off this place for the rest of my life like I said things again smaller and smaller. The service was great but the food horrible not worth the money stay home and make it yourself . You could have the 30 portions for the small portion they gave me yesterday. I would also like to mention that when I ordered chicken wings, it was like they just sprinkled a lot of bbq powder on one side of each wing usually it’s rubbed into the wings on both sides dry rub is just that it’s supposed to be rubbed into the chicken wings. I’ve had them many of times before. also you get no carrots or celery anymore with any wings that were brought out or the fried cauliflower so so sad like I said, save your money buy a head of cauliflower make 30 portions of their size for only $1.99 Hey man keeps saying to fill out paperwork so you could correct don’t bother your place is just horrible and it’s been like that way for a long long time I could tell when I walked in this Sunday at 5 o’clock I had to seat myself and it was only two other tables that were occupied so so so sad don’t...

We mostly order online to make dinner easy after a long day, but will occasionally eat inside. Experience inside is the same as most have already commented - service is non-existent. It takes FOREVER to get your food, drinks, and a server. When you do finally receive your food, there's never a follow up from the server and if they do come back, it's long after you're finished. So, you can't ask for any extras or even a refill on your drinks. We've never seen it packed when we've been there, so can't understand the lack of service.

Ordering out is ALWAYS a problem. There's not been one time yet that I've received the right food when ordering out. Initially, when I picked up from the Toms River location, I didn't think to check the bag before leaving and had to return every single time to pick up something they forgot to give us; usually one of the meals. Now, I make it habit to check before leaving and always find something missing, whether it be fries or a meal. Then, I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for it to be corrected. I don't understand what the issue is; why is there not someone checking these orders to make sure they're correct prior to giving them to the customer??

Regarding the lack of sauce/seasoning: it does seem to be lessened with each order, even when we order extra. I understand that costs of everything have risen, but if the customer is paying for it (and yes, we certainly are), then, why is it being cut back? We do enjoy B-Dubs, but this location does not make our dinner choice after a long day enjoyable at all.
