Stayed here for two nights as a part of our Grand Circle roadtrip and it was the most memorable stay of our trip!

Cabins are in a quiet area right off the main road, less than 15 min drive to Capitol Reef. They’re super warm, have comfy beds, WiFi and a TV. We loved the cozy, rustic feel and slept great both nights. Restrooms are about a 10 second walk away from the cabins and were kept impeccably clean throughout our stay! The shower water pressure was also amazing, much better than at some name brand hotels I’ve stayed in in large cities. The restrooms are also heated.

Right across the street there is a general store selling basic necessities as well as a deli. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. The area felt super safe and you get a nice view of the mountains behind the cabins!

On top of that, the service was great. We arrived really late the first night and the owners kept their shop open late, just for us, so that they could get us checked in and oriented. We also locked ourselves out of the cabin one night, but the owners again quickly provided us with a spare key even though it was late at night!

All in all I can’t recommend this enough, especially for such a low rate! If you’re visiting Capitol Reef or the surrounding areas be sure to stay at Torrey...

My sister and I were on our Road Trip thru Capitol Reef and had 2 nights booked here in a Camping Cabin, we booked back in the Spring therefore we didn't realize that the cabins we booked had no A/C in them. We were here during the extreme heat wave and after hiking all day in close to 100 degree heat we really needed accommodations to cool down in. When we checked in, which was inside of the Trading Post, which is super cute inside and out with lots of souvenir options, the ladies that greeted us were so friendly and nice! That's when we found out that we had no AC in our Cabin, thank goodness they had a cancellation in the Studio Cabin, #5 and was able to move us there, Thank Goodness as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were super comfortable! Everything you need is inside this Cabin and everything is close by. The entrance to the park is about 5 miles away, during our stay there was lost of road construction going on so it took a bit longer to get around but otherwise a great location! Thank you for a wonderful stay and definitely...

We walked into her shop yesterday. We were treated very poorly because we were wearing a mask. Let me point out that she was not wearing a master in a global pandemic but was kind enough to point to the antibacterial hand sanitizer and instruct us to use it immediately. I didn't see her offering up her vaccination card. Then she insulted my grandson who is on the spectrum and told him not to touch anything which he had not. I hope this woman goes out of business she is the most awful store owner I've ever ran across in my entire life. The most rude and obnoxious woman I've ever met. What I would definitely call a horrible person. Insulting my autistic grandson at that, she can go straight to you know where. I hope she goes out of business and loses everything. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. She needs to really reconsider her customer service skills if she's going to own a shop and...

Cute quaint place… just the bare minimum as needed - at least in the cabin we were in. But it was what we needed- clean and comfortable and we were good with it. Staff is friendly and very helpful. All you need is accessible in walking distance. The only issue we faced was we couldn’t figure out how to make the room warmer and that was more on us. Might be a good idea that the staff tells you about all that when you check in.

Wow!! What a gem we found! This small business has excellent prices, a super homey and hospitable feeling, and I loved the historic building preserved and repurposed on the property as well as the eclectic sculptures out front. The hosts were super friendly and gracious, the amenities are excellent inside the cabins, and you are super close to Capitol Reef National park and some stellar views!
