It involved making four copies of a document over 100 pages long and three-hole punching the pages for assembling in binders. Two associates were in that department doing absolutely nothing, one was on her phone. The gentleman responded to my request by telling me to do it myself! I explained that I came to Staples to have it done for me and he rolled his eyes and quoted me $45 for next day service and $59 if I wanted the four copies immediately. I agreed to next day service and made a point of repeating to him and the other associate: "four copies, one-sided, 3-hole punched, I've numbered the pages on the top right hand corner, thanks." The text telling me my work was ready came at 8 PM and I went to pick up. They made only one copy and were rude about it. The same woman who was there earlier and heard my order was still there and said nothing. I was then quoted $140 to make the additional copies! I left with my one copy and finished what I needed to do the next day on my own. These are people just going through the motions, no caring about others or their jobs. All of them were unpleasant and seemed unhappy and bothered by the idea that they actually had to do something. Even then, they got it wrong and were nasty. ...

I had some pictures I wanted scanned and placed either on a flash drive, transferred to my phone or emailed to me. With the new technology I didnāt know which one was the best option. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes as the lady in front of me had a lot of things to print, the employee at the register asked me if I had a flash drive. I said no. He sent me down the aisle to get one twice while after getting each flash drive (apparently I picked the wrong ones) I had to wait again in line as the customers behind me were being helped. An employee who looked like he needed more training as every time I asked him a question he would go and ask someone mentioned that the pics can be emailed. I was informed I needed to wait 2 days. I waited 2 days, paid $40 and the pics that were sent are so blurry. Iāve been on hold for 40 minutes so far. I talked to two employees. The first one transferred me to the correct department, and the second one placed me on hold few seconds after picking up the phone and never picked up the phone again.
