This was by far the best shopping experience I had. I originally went here intending to just browse and see what this store had to offer. They had an impressive selection and variety on display of rifles, pistols, snipers, etc. Even as a new customer I was greeted with open arms being allowed to hold and feel their displays including ones they had kitted out with top notch attachments.

The two associates, TJ and Joaquim, were extremely attentive, informative, and down to earth. Their friendly demeanor left such a positive vibe in the air making the shopping experience all the more enjoyable. They weren’t shy to show off their products as mentioned allowing us to inspect them in hand

I had brought in some pistols just to be inspected for potential defects, but not only did they check it fully, they tested, cleaned, reapplied lubricant, all without a service fee. At this point their customer service was well beyond what I felt was acceptable to just walk out empty handed. So with their help, I purchased an H&K GBB MP7 with their attachments pre installed at a good deal. Unfortunately, possibly due to a manufacturer error, the bucking was broken. But after contacting them and bringing it back in they were sure to help out the best they can and replaced it for no additional charge!

Fees or inconveniences I was expecting from prior experience were absent here. This will definitely become my main Airsoft store moving forward and I highly recommend it to others whether you’re experienced or...

After hours of research on the web, my son was ready to buy his first quality airsoft gun with his holiday gift $$. The problem was that on the web, he couldn't handle the merchandise. Back to the internet to find an airsoft store. Although quite a distance away from where we live, there seemed to be something special about Totowa Airsoft from the many on line reviews. Since part of the decision to take the drive was the impending immediate gratification for my son, I have to say it turned out to be well worth the trip. We dealt with Pat and Rich and they acted as our guides to the world of airsoft merchandise. They were like trusted friends, telling us what we needed, and more importantly, what we didn't need. They answered every question that we had and never hurried us or pressured us in any way. We got to try the gun in the store and were schooled in what not to do in order to prolong the life of the gun. It's also nice to know that they have two full time technicians on staff just in case there is a problem during the life of the gun or in the event we would like to upgrade the gun. This is not the place to look for a cheap gun and we could have probably saved a few bucks if we ordered what we bought on the internet BUT, we surely felt we got our money's worth with the customer service and relationship that was built with the experience we recieved at Totowa Airsoft. Luckily my son is too young to drive or else he probably would be visiting every weekend. Thanks again...

I visited this store today for a repair on an item of mine, not only was the staff quick to repair the item but they were also highly knowledgeable and extremely polite. There are some fine products that can be picked up from this store. Purchasing items from this store is by far the most convenient way to shop. They allow testing of their products on site before purchase and with the supervision of their staff and proper eye protection, you, as a customer, will get a more hands on experience and an overall fantastic customer service. My first impressions were that this excellent store carried many airsoft items which was just what I was looking for. Their airsoft collection, accessories, and clothes are well worth the trip. They have many pistols, either green gas or CO2, and a majority of their rifles are electric operated. Their prices are extremely fair considering the facts that you can walk away with items the same day, their is always a gun tech willing to help for repairs and upgrades, and also any purchase of an airsoft gun comes with option for a lifetime lubrication warranty. If your looking for a new one stop shop for your airsoft needs then I would highly recommend this store to friends, family, and anyone interested in the sport of airsoft. Not sure what you want?
