Happy to see another Starbucks location keep up with the excellent service standard that the one by Willowbrook Mall holds.
Do not go to the Starbucks by the Pizza Hut nearby, off McBride & 46. You'll find much better service here now, very close near the Home Depot & the new Quick Check. No longer need to drive to Willowbrook Mall, so it's very convenient for locals.
That being said. Starbucks is still Starbucks. The employees do an excellent job with what they can at select locations like this one. But Starbucks as a company massively overcharges for premade items that are nowhere near enough the quality for the price, and those prices do not go anywhere near enough to paying the staff what they are owed for their incredible labor.
After trying about everything the typical SB menus offered over the years, I can only recommend the egg bites. The new potato chive bake is pretty good, still overpriced. If I'm gonna overpay, I at least expect something to taste good and consistent, and only those two menu items accomplish that somewhat. Drinks are always well made but at a cost that will never quite make sense to me. I only rely on them for a hot beverage when I'm too sick to make anything...
Read moreSeveral times I have visited the location because I work nearby, but each time I have asked for my machiato to be made a certain way and stirred. Each time though my request shows up on the screen, BUT... has never been made as I asked. Actually to correct myself, the one time that it was made correctly, I literally had to go inside, order it and watch the young lady make it, (which was a little odd, but I really wanted my drink made correctly). Sad but Valid Question: Why am I given the credit card pad in order to give a tip (which I have always done up to this point) just to be given my drink not made as I requested? Starbucks as a brand she be upheld, now this brand new location is lowering its service to be comparable to a dunkin donuts, which just worries about getting people in and out, instead of providing the consumer with level of service that the brand has always been...

They are often times random drawings, hearts, stars, smiley faces, cat, etc. Unnecessary and childish. Additionally, when the ink hasn’t fully dried, it can smudge onto hands, clothing, and even car interior, which can be inconvenient for customers.
I’ve reached out to corporate regarding this, but the practice seems to continue. I hope management considers addressing this for the benefit of...
