Mr. Thomas is simply the best and it was an absolute pleasure working with him during my engagement ring search. I had done plenty of research on what I was looking for and felt extremely confident with my knowledge before I started visiting the jewelers. Prior to visiting him, I spent a lot of time in Diamond district looking for the right person. I felt extremely overwhelmed by everyone I met there and was unable to trust majority of them. I understand it could be due to the nature and the environment of the location but putting all that aside, I had hard time believing many of the jewelers. I was then recommended to him by few of my friends and decided to give him a call. I can not stress enough how happy I am with that decision. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for over the phone and asked for few days before I visit the store so he is prepared. I immediately felt very comfortable considering he values my time and wants to provide me with the best options rather than rushing me into my decision. I visited Mr. Thomas few days later and I was greeted with a smile from everyone. We spent few hours getting to know each other and he presented me with different options that he had prepared. Through out the process, I did not at all feel overwhelmed or rushed. He understood I am making a big decision and answered all my questions. He even offered his genuine opinions which were very helpful and guided me in making the right decision and designing the ring for my fiancée. I also noticed that other customers that came to visit him during my few hours there knew him for many years and they all seemed very happy with him. I even noticed a mother whose ring was made by Mr. Thomas bring in her son in his 20s for a ring. I immediately knew Mr. Thomas has to be the correct person if he has great relationships with his customers. It was then I realized I found the correct person to design my ring. Now that I have the ring, it looks absolutely beautiful. Mr. Thomas really has an art for this and is truly very knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry. What I realized that I was looking for the right genuine person who can build me the exact ring rather than just build/sell the ring. Overall, I had a great experience through out the process and I am so glad that I found the right family jeweler to visit for any of my future purchases. Highly recommend him to anyone! Last year I was researching for the perfect engagement ring to surprise my then girlfriend (now Wife!) with a proposal in Central Park, I knew next to nothing about what to look for in a diamond, the kinds of cuts or 5 C's. I was nervous enough about the huge step I was about to take and the stress to get her a ring she would absolutely Love just added to that; All i had was a small idea of the type of ring she wanted, which a friend was able to secretly get for me. After searching and visiting several jewelers, including a couple in the Jewelry exchange, I shopped around and was lucky enough to come across Thomas. I almost instantly felt at ease once we started speaking, Thomas sincerely took the time to get to know me and educate me on how to go about choosing the perfect diamond and setting. I was totally impressed with his craftsmanship once he showed me the work he's done, some of his projects in progress and his custom ring design program/ability; I knew then that he was the right person for the job. Needless to say my girlfriend said YES!!! and absolutely Loved every detail about the custom ring Thomas helped me design. Thomas has very fair prices and worked me on the payment, he stands by his product, cleans/polishes our rings for free and offers warranty on his workmanship. So, of course my fiancee and I returned to Thomas when it was time to order our Wedding bands, which we made custom as well. Since then, we have had the great pleasure of getting to know Thomas and his wife Hana. I even returned to them for a beautiful bracelet I gifted my finacee as a wedding present and i'm certain i will continue to go back and recommend my family & friends to go to them for any jewelry needs.
