This locations Staff are absolutely terrible and it is the only dunkin/baskinrobbins for a while. They are extremely lazy saying they are " out of ingredients/ no longer have items on the menu" at first i thought I was just extremely unlucky with me ordering a chocolate shake too often or the exciting orea mega blast, today a staff member said they did not have the oreo mega blast anymore, and i said oh thats weird its still on your menu, then he proceeded to give me attitude and say " yes well we ran out of the vreme it takes" so i thought to myself that could be true, but what if i immediately order from door dash the same item from the same location. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here off door dash and have been extremely disappointed. I ordered two 3 scoop ice creams with toppings. One of them came with m&ms and rainbow sprinkles when in fact I ordered rainbow sprinkles, gummy worms, and brownie cubes. The other one didn’t even come with any toppings when I ordered it with 3 toppings. If there is an issue and there’s no toppings, at least take it off DoorDash. The guy is literally incompetent. Just got a regular strawberry and chocolate sundae ended up not having whipped cream so then insisted that I picked a cold foam whip cream, which I said I was fine without either, but wouldn’t let me not pick one and then it overflowed making a complete mess during this I witnessed a DoorDash order get completely messed up And then the guy tried to double charges for our order.
