I was torn on this review because at one time I was the biggest Leveled Up fan. I own so many pieces, and religiously watched their instagram, and they (seem) like nice people. However, last Christmas left a very sour taste in my mouth.
I started Christmas shopping early, as most people do, and bought my husband a $75 thermal shirt in November because thatâs when they dropped it, and they notoriously under stock their stuff so I had no choice but to panic buy it the day they dropped. Christmas comes, and the sizing was so off, my husbandâs normal size was huge on him. I reached out asking to at the very least exchange because I genuinely had no choice when to buy it and when to gift it, both of which put me outside of their garbage 30 day return for store credit policy, not to mention the sizing being off was not my fault. No response. This comes after spending hundreds of dollars on their apparel and recommending numerous people to shop there, which felt like a slap in the face.
I also had a bling sweater for my kid that was not cheap, and a ton of the jewels have fallen off already which is frustrating because I hand wash and hang it to dry.
The under stocking so people canât get what they want is super frustrating too, especially when the owner acts shocked about it every time. Itâs been well over a year, Iâm not buying you still donât know how to properly stock your store.
This store has potential but has way too many issues to work out. The return policy being the biggest one. You have loyal customers that will buy anything you hand them, but spit back in their face when they need any sort of customer service.
Last but not least- prices are absolutely obscene at this point. $75 for a quarter button sweatshirt is crazy work. Also a 3 hour wait to get into your store and cash out is not a flex,...
Read moreI had a horrible experience with this company recently.
My fiancé ordered me a $175 black tracksuit set and accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, then immediately contacted the company to try to change the address and there was no response.
He emailed them multiple times, and sent Instagram DMâs with absolutely no response, and their website doesnât have a phone number to call.
Since I have a larger business profile on Instagram, he asked me to reach out to them through my profile to see if theyâd be more likely to respond because of my large following.. and they did. (Lol)
So I explained to them what had happened, and asked if we could change the address and they said that the item had already been delivered.. even though my fiancé never received any notice of the package being shipped, or received any tracking what so ever.
Then I told them about the countless emails and DMs he had sent trying to change the address and all they said was âthey didnât see anythingâ and when I sent them all the proof and screenshots of the emails and messages they just stopped responding to me.
I have written to them multiple times since asking for them to rectify the situation somehow by either sending us a replacement or at the very least offer some form of discount since it is their responsibility to respond to their customers when there are any issues.. and I have still not heard back for weeks.
I am completely infuriated by the lack of respect or care and complete negligence on their part. $175 is a lot of money to be spent with absolutely no effort on their part to rectify the situation. I will not ever support this...
Read moreLeveledUp is the type of place that you could literally have an online pickup order ready for you at the store and when you walk in for it you end up spending your entire paycheck on more items, I know this because I literally just did it two days ago!! I honestly canât begin to describe how much I love it here. Lindsey and Cody (the owners) are hands down the best business owners in buffalo simply because of how personable theyâve always been, and HONEST, hard-working people. Iâve been a consumer of LeveledUp since way back to the parking lot meet ups during Covid to pick up the items that Lindsey hand-made. I can honestly consider them friends at this point because I walk into leveledup and I just always know Iâm going to be greeted with a smile and probably a two hour long vent sesh about anything and everything in life, they truly are my therapy in more ways than one đ€Ł My favorite part about this brand is when Iâm at a tailgate, out with frienfs, grocery shopping, you name it. I ALWAYS get stopped when Iâm wearing their clothes and I get to say âOh thanks! Itâs from LeveledUp in East Aurora right on Main St! Have you ever heard of it? You NEED to go there!â Every.Single.Time. đ Thereâs going to be bots on these reviews because well, thatâs always been a thing, but thatâs what happens when you know youâve made it. Check it out when youâre in the area. Pic of the LaVonne jacket and track jacket for attention....
