I never leave reviews, but I had a very strange, unpleasant experience at this store. I went to check out my item at the counter. As I was checking out, I noticed a bracelet behind the register that I was interested in trying on; it looked like a high-end item (everything else behind the counter was high-end items), or it could've been a good look-a-like. Either way, I was interested in purchasing it. I asked the worker if I could see the bracelet, and I mentioned what I was guessing was the brand name. She handed it to me, I tried it on, and liked it. She mentioned the bracelet was behind the counter because the cleaning lady found it on the floor after falling off its display a few times. She then asked about the brand I mentioned, and she began to look it up on her phone. As she's researching in front of me, I see the tagged price is very cheap. She realized that the brand I mentioned was a high-end brand and checked the bracelet for the brand engraving. She tells me she can no longer sell me the bracelet. She says she has to talk to the "owner". After going back and forth a few times, telling her I will pay more, and getting nowhere, I leave. I come back about 10 minutes later to see if she had talked to the owner. I go back to the register and she that she is now wearing the bracelet... weird. She claimed that wearing the sterling silver bracelet would "help clean it,” even though the bracelet was very eroded. Turns out she is the owner of the store, and after promises to return my calls, I haven't heard anything back after a few additional calls. I would be wary of consigning at this store. Disappointing because I've enjoyed shopping here previously, but this situation left a sour taste...

I dropped off 2 dresses to this location October of 2014. I was told neither of my items sold so I went to pick them up yesterday (9-2015) and could only find the one dress because apparently they "might have accidentally sold my dress and not wrote it down to pay me".
