The Toy Loft — Local services in Town of Aurora

I stopped into the store after spotting an excavator toy in the window. I went to the back, purchased what I thought was the right one, and only realized as I was leaving that it wasn’t the same toy I had seen on display. I really wanted the one in the window, so I went back inside to ask if they had another. They didn’t, but the employee kindly offered to take down the front display to get it for me—even though the store was fairly busy.

I felt bad about the extra trouble, but she kept reassuring me it was no problem at all. She went above and beyond, took the time to grab the toy, and quickly rang up the difference. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to her professionalism, patience, and kindness.

Customer service like this is rare these days—whether in retail or restaurants—and I truly appreciate the effort. Because of her help, my nephew’s 2nd birthday will be that much more special. We’ll definitely be back soon, especially with my own little one now two months old and plenty of toys in our future!

Great place for the kids to mooch around and pick out a toy whenever you are out on the high street. Good quality products sold here. 4 stars vs 5 because board games and some toys are on the pricey side but they carry a good selection of quick hit pocket sized items if you want the little ones to get a little treat. Staff are very friendly and never complain about your kids playing with the stuff on...

Such a cute wonderful store. We wish as we were walking through that we had kids! There some nice places to sit and play as well. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! We will for sure be back here in the future. Its a great place to stop and get a nicer toy for a neice nephew cousin or child. Nice selection of kids...
