I’d like to give 0. I’ve only been there 3 times throughout 3 years and it’s always unfunctioning chaos. The first time I understood, the second time I went There for a quick thing not even to see the dr just to do a lab, was there with an appointment on time they weren’t even open on time then when I do Get in I’m waiting for over 20 minutes for something they told me would Be an in and out thing, they’re all standing around and talking, an update would’ve been nice so I walked Out as I have My own schedule to stick on. Then I go In for an “exam” really just needed bloodwork I called in advanced as I had to go to another appointment, I said i would reschedule if they thought it wasn’t enough time and they assured me it would be fine. I get to the appointment (9:15, they open at 9) and the front desk sees me come in and it was like an awkward silence from the receptionists I guess On who would check me in, after like 10/15 I get to the room, the assistant was very all over the place, I dont think she knew what she was doing or maybe needed more training she was all over ,the vitals would’ve went smother if i just did it myself, I had a script for lab work on my phone I needed to get done so instead of asking me to email it she takes my phone for 10 minutes while I’m sitting in the room and eventually asks me to email it, dr comes in after about 30 mins,,she was good saw her for maybe 2 minutes, no one took my blood so she tried to ask the staff- eventually I had to leave it was over an hour and I had Somewhere else to be - my Fiance already rescheduled his appt to 45 mins later , they then said they didn’t have all the tubes so I said 30mins prior to do whatever u can I need to go, takes me trying to walk out to get blood done (couldn’t even finish all my labs)I had To run out of there and then they had forgotten to have me fill out papers so I had To quickly do it, then they said they’d call me Tuesday for results as I did Not want to come back, they called me Monday to confirm my Tuesday appt - I never made one, lady wasn’t helpful, just wanted a call w results, get a text again that day saying I have A 5pm appt I never Made, dr never called me with results. I called them stating I want My results they said they couldn’t send without speaking with dr and at this point I dont Want to speak with one so they send me my 2022 ones , I call Back and he tells me they’re not final yet- would’ve been nice if someone told me. This place is horrible. I set up an appointment through zoc doc and i had to wait almost 2 hours. The front desk didnt even tell the doctor the proper reason of why i was in the office. Then when i told the MA my main reason for my appointment i was told they couldnt help me . Then the doctor came, mind you it wasnt even the original doctor that i booked my appointment with and she was super rude and combative. I am a medical school student and i have experience both professionally and personally in regards to the symptoms i was feeling. I respectfully told the doctor my previous experience and the outcome of test results when i had the exact same symptoms and i was given prophylactic care. When i said this she got very argumentative with me saying thats not there protocol etc. It felt like they wanted me to come to the office again rather than treating my issues right there. Even to get my test results today they are trying to make me come into the office even though i had discussed with the doctor that i can call in for my results. The front desk and the providers dont communicate at all and its so disorganized. I find it odd that it seems like they bill my insurance before even treating me. It is a sketchy office and the doctor was just super rude with me. I also told the doctor the reason for my need for thorough care that day. I dont have a car and living on long island its very didficult to transport anywhere without one. Instead of being understanding like a normal doctor she said “then why did u come here”. That “you should be able to get here the same way you got here today” as if she knows my life situation. Just the 2 hour wait time makes it unlikely that that person would give me a ride again. And once again im on hold still for a good 30 minutes just to speak to the front desk to set up a phone call appointment to get my...

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would strongly advise against visiting this office. The customer service is absolutely terrible. My appointments are never on time, with waits often exceeding an hour past my scheduled time. The staff is incredibly dismissive, and they clearly don’t care about your time or concerns.

Communication is horrendous. They never called me as promised, and when I had to request proof of a physical for my insurance, I had to email the office six times before anything was sent. It’s a major hassle dealing with them.

To make matters worse, the doctor suggested a medication that I should not be taking due to other health factors. On top of that, they were supposed to send a prescription to be filled, but it was never done.
