They are never in the shop, the hours need to be updated because the door is always locked and all you’re able to do is call and discuss over the phone which leads to a lot of miscommunication, I wanted to support a local business. I had asked over the phone for a 3 foot light house and they said they had and are able to put it on hold. But when I picked it up it was not 3 foot and only 2 foot:/ When I spoke to the owner about it the following morning she said that in the gardening world it’s considered 2.5-3 foot but as a customer I did not know that and it was not explained to me at all when we spoke on the phone initially. It’s a pretty light house but for the price of $349 I could’ve brought my business elsewhere. Very frustrating now because she won’t do anything to accommodate my purchase and I’m out $349. Just shop on amazon or something and save yourself...

My experience was TERRIBLE with your shop. Total slap in my face. I ordered online for Mother’s Day for my mother. I ordered a beautiful bouquet and my mother received what we thought was someone else’s. I called to see what happened and was told that the flowers I ordered ran out so they took it upon themselves to send out something I didn’t order and something that was way smaller than what I originally ordered. Not only did they send out what they wanted, when I called to complain the lady that answered was disgustingly rude and careless about what THEY CHOSE to do. No apology or offer to do something to fix it and advised me to just contact my bank KNOWING that flowers are parashible and you do not get refunds from a bank for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST!!! I had a terrible experience ordering flowers for Valentine's Day for my Fiancé. I ordered a bouquet of roses, along with assorted flowers from their website, but what my Fiancé received from what I ordered was very different. She received only two roses instead of the dozen that was advertised (shown) on their website. I called and made a complaint. The woman on the phone said that they cannot guaranty what's on their website to what will be delivered. I said that this is your website, and of course you can control what one orders to be correctly delivered. I asked to speak with the owner. I was told that the owner was out and she will have the owner call me back, but the owner NEVER called me back. DO NOT USE...
