Donut-ology in Babylon is, without a doubt, home to the best donuts I have ever had anywhere in New York. Every visit has been nothing short of amazing. The shop offers a wide assortment of unique, fresh, and absolutely delectable donuts that are unlike anything else you’ll find. And it’s not just the donuts—the coffee they serve alongside them is absolutely spectacular. Fresh, bold, and full of flavor, it pairs perfectly with their treats and makes the whole experience even more special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the shop itself is spotless, and the service is phenomenal—friendly, welcoming, and always consistent. I’ve been here at least five times now, and not once have I had a bad experience. Its location makes it even more special—Donut-ology is situated right next to the Argyle Theatre, just around the corner perpendicular to Main Street. Stopping here before a show or during intermission adds something unforgettable to an evening in Babylon. Well I walked in and I noticed two customers ahead of me. Cool, but one customer did not appear to be physically well( coughing and reddish appearance on her nose; but both did not and were not wearing a mask. And on top of that the counter staff at the establishment was not enforcing the mask rule and they were not wearing mask. Here's the issue, food service personnel( or any one working with food) needs to wear a mask and practice food safety guidelines. I had to leave because mainly for the two unmask food service personnel and the fear of that one customer coughing and common cold like appearance. I wish her s speedy recovery and stable health, but I cannot be around others in that condition. Rats, I really wanted to experience the donuts,like buy a bakery dozen,and get my bake goods fix but I could not. Instead I went to Campbell Bakery in Brentwood to indulge in that fix; and where everybody to patrons and food personnel was...

If you have a love for donuts, this is the # 1 place to go! You can get a donut made to order or simply get a regular glazed donut. 🍩 I personally love the Sunday specials, I get the 7-layer / rainbow donuts! I have to add / say kudos to the employee who asked a gentleman that walked into the store with a dog like he was in the park & was respectfully asked to take the dog out of the store because it's a health food violation & no pets are allowed except certified guide dogs only by law. The man proceeded to leave with attitude & cursed under his breath at the employee as he walked out the door. "PEOPLE"! THE FOOD SHOP / STORE IS NOT YOUR HSE. YOU CAN'T JUST WALK IN WITH A PET.
