QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

My family and I always loved eating here but lately we're disappointed. I order thru my wife Kimberly's app account and the past few orders have been missing ingredients or lacking the normal amount of food we usually get. My last 35$ order 2 days ago for 2 rice bowls and a quesadilla would've been brought back for a refund but it was late. The chicken quesadilla had about 6 pieces of chicken, a few peppers and barely any cheese. It was thinner than Taco Bells which is pretty pathetic. One rice bowl was supposed to have rice, beans, carnitas, sour cream and cheese. No cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, meat and beans each and was 90% rice. The 2nd bowl was was plentiful but also missing cheese, had 3 pieces of lettuce and a spoonful of meat. Do I have to come in to order and stand over the server while instructing them how to prepare my meal? I hate to complain and the last time I sent a not so good response to a satisfaction email and a private email I never received a response. As i walked into QDOBA for the very first time i noticed how clean and organized the eating areas where. The floor mirror shine. Once it was my turn to order i was surprised at thier selections. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The free guacamole shocked me the second scoop floored me. By the way Chipotle sucks. They were so extremely organized and friendly. The management/owners where cleaning tables and showing their LOVE to the business. You don't see this anymore. Everything is about profits and not quality. There guys love what they do and it shows. Ive always passed this restaurant and i decided to give it a try yesterday ,, I ordered 3 tacos, drove 20 minutes back home to find out my order was wrong.. I return with the tacos and the one woman has an attitude because they close in 30 minutes, they remake the tacos except this time its done sloppy and still missing ingredients i payed for. Finally a manger comes over and says its my fualt from the way i ordered it and remakes them again for me. This time the difference from the first remake to a manger actually making it was ridiculous. If I didn't order 2 ingredients why put them in my food ?? What if I had an allergy?
