Iāve been to almost ever Buffalo Wild Wings in the New York metro area & Long Island. I usually love it there, but this location employs extremely rude employees/managers. A few friends and myself decide to go out for my friendās birthday. Upon getting a table and sitting down the server walks over and was extremely rude when I asked him a question, and then when I asked for more details he rudely stopped me and harshly asked if I just want to speak with a manager about it instead (no clue as to why he couldnāt resolve the situation right there as it was a very simple request). He walks off in a rage to go get his manger (a white woman in her 40s) who approaches us and asks what the problem is. I began to explain the situation to her but then she immediately stops me from speaking and starts raising her voice very loudly. At this point half the restaurant is looking at us, which is extremely embarrassing and ridiculous.
I have no clue if she thought she could talk to us so rudely just because we were the only colored individuals in the establishment at the time or if she is genuinely a horrible hospitality professional (or shall I say unprofessional). Long story short, after being yelled at like a 5 year old, myself and my 4 friends decided to take our belongings and just leave. I refuse to ever spend money at this establishment ever again.
The manager lacks quality hospitality skills, and that shows because she hires employees that are equally as rude (at least the 3 I dealt with).

When my husband arrived at 5:30 he said they were packed and that they told him they are an hour behind. Fine...I return at 7pm, the parking lot was full there were cars parked all the way down the road and in neighboring parking lots. I went inside and waited 30min on a pick up line only for the employee to tell us web orders were to be picked up on a different line inside the store. That line was wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. I asked for a supervisor and was told by another employee that they had eyes on my order and they saw it "getting bagged up." After another 30min of them scrambling and looking for my so called already bagged wings, a supervisor came out and said that someone else took my order! I asked him how something like that could happen. He tilted his head and very condescendingly said "I don't know how that happened" he then went on to say they are making me a new order (Mind you people who came in and ordered were being told that their orders would take 2hrs to be completed). I asked him how long it would take and he said "I don't know". He was holding a clip board with names and card numbers for refunds. It must've been 50+ names on there. Then he said you can just get a refund. I was so upset that I just walked out. I will be going back today for my FULL refund. it was excellent!!! the service was great, even tho I got take out, the food even better!! will def be back whenever I get my wing cravings!!!šš

edit: went back againš packed. for Tuesday bogo wings nite. all the beautiful girls were friendly and helpful. they were very busy but not in a disaster way. guests were seated asap. and they dealt with takeout swiftly, including mine.
working in kitchens some dont realize how long it actually takes to cook wings but ik. food again was delicious! I got wings. judging just by the outside, all workers seemed to be backing each other and helping. even saw some backroom ppl.
the greeter girl was good, said hi and goodnite to every customer, even if some patrons did not reciprocate. ginny, I think, name on my receipt, my cashier/server helper was swift with helping me out and was very friendly. my wings were packed great!
whoever owns or runs this location should be very proud of the workers there. I've worked in restaurants and seen how it can be bad. this location, however seems like its got things moving in a good direction.
