I sought help from New York Distributors in finishing my fireplace project after a New Jersey company could not finish what they started. From the beginning, the company president Kamil clearly explained my options, the process, and timetable for completion of my dream fireplace.

Having a 120+ year old home, I have dealt with numerous builders and contractors, some I feel should go straight to the opposite of heaven, and then there are some who are truly exceptional. New York Distributors and Kamil definitely belong to that fine group who are trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. They did not over promise and kept their end of the contract when it came to cleanliness, workmanship, and timeliness. I prefer not to write reviews if I don’t have anything good to say, but I chose to write this review because of its worthiness and as a gesture of gratitude. I could not recommend The Fireplace Gallery enough. My husband and I went to several other fireplace stores offering absurd prices for the same product (over $12K). We popped into the fireplace gallery and Damian was an amazing sales associate. We ordered the Majestic Trillant gas insert and while they didn’t have it in their showroom, they did a great job giving us a lot of great information about it (it is essentially the majestic ruby, but better). Kamil, the owner, has been fantastic every step of the way and the installation process went pretty much exactly as well coerced. I wanted a gas fireplace installed and i was looking for it done in a short timeframe. Quality and clean work was a minimum expectation of mine. Kamil was referred to me from a friend who's been doing home renovations for years.
