I’m doing extensive reno in my house and my contractor referred me to Ping. Since I was in the area visiting a friend, I made time to visit his new store and I’m so glad I did! He had beautiful chandeliers and lighting for fraction of the cost of other stores! Since I live 5 hours away from his store, he made sure to package them very well and it was all shipped with no damage to any of the 6 I ordered. Ping also let me look through the catalogs and made the extra effort to find the lighting I wanted that wasn’t displayed in his store through the manufacturer. When I found out I needed a bigger light for my bathroom, Ping called around and made sure I got the light I needed that week. Great experience and personal touch! I was searching for an replacement light bulb at 3 different stores (ACE Hardware, Loews and Home Depot). In the rare event that I could find an associate they could not help. I made a phone call to World lighting and furniture. Ping was so receiving. He immediately offered for me to text him a picture of the bulb and he would check his warehouse. When I stop by the next day he explained to me that it was an older bulb which he may have but also that I can replace it with a newer one which would be easier to find in the future. That was all I wanted to know but I fortunately none of the other stores could give me that information. He gave me a great price and told me to reach out with any other question. Truly a pleasure. This place is amazing! They have a great selection of chandeliers. We ended up buying their largest chandelier and added a chandelier and two wall sconces for our dining room. They look amazing in our house and we couldn’t be happier. Ping was great throughout and very receptive via both text and phone. We had the chandeliers installed by Kojo, who also works at the store. Kojo came alone to the house and I was thinking how is he going to install the chandeliers all on his own. But he’s an expert at what he does, he spent the whole day at my house and meticulously put up both chandeliers and wall sconces. I was so impressed.
