Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Be aware and watch how your food is prepared at the DEER PARK location: I ordered 2 milk shakes , while one was being prepared the other sat on the counter uncovered , another employee walk over to my preparer to show him something on his phone and the whole time they was looking , talking and laughing all of this was being done while standing directly over my ""uncovered"" shake... After the Ke-Ke stopped I had to ask him to make me another shake because of what I witnessed......The employee looked at me as if I had 3 heads resting on my shoulders.........I don't know the rules of 5 Fives but your attention shouldn't be on a cell phone , nor should you be allowed to handle your dirty cell phone while your on the kitchen floor while preparing the...

I've been to several different Five Guys locations.

The food at this location is average - not exceptionally good or bad.

The restaurant itself was not as clean as others. It wasn't terribly busy so there was no excuse. I think it should be kept cleaner.

I am sorry to say that I watched the cook throwing cheese onto the grill like a Frisbee. (No, not kidding.) A few pieces landed where he wanted; a few landed in the grease toward the back right corner of the grill. He scooped it up with the spatula and threw it into the trash. It wasn't fun watching someone "play with" my food.

Came in ordered, picked up the order. Came home. Opened the bag. And it was missing my most important piece which was mushrooms on the side. 2 ordered of them. Called the manager and he stated we must have been busy, (which they were not). And we forgot. Bad management Muhamad. Not what a customer wants to hear.
