A hidden gem and a place you HAVE to try. We have been living in the area for over 20 years and have always said we wanted to try it here, but life happens and you forget. We came here tonight, Friday, and simply the best experience. They have valet parking Fridays & Saturdays and we were seated right away. We were pleasantly surprised to have bruschetta, fresh parm, olives, bread and focaccia bread all placed down once we got to our table. We got the grilled chicken Brunello, which came with a side salad and pasta so of course we chose Caesar salad and penne a la vodka. The taste & texture were simply incredible. Then for dessert, they brought out a complementary dessert drink, and we got the crème brûlée, which was out of this world. Prices are reasonable and you get quality Italian food. The atmosphere is amazing and a place you can go to, to guarantee a good meal. RUN TO THIS PLACE.

I found myself alone on Easter and had never been to Brunello's despite living nearby, so decided to give it a try and went there to break my fast. I've generally been underwhelmed by Italian restaurants in the area, so I was prepared to be disappointed. I sure wasn't! A fantastic experience all around. The staff were attentive and made sure I was taken care of despite being super-busy. The food was reasonably priced and served in very generous portions. Good wine list as well. I had one of the specials, which was a pork chop with potatoes, sausage, and peppers in a brown sauce. Really perfect; the meat was perfectly tender and the sauce was delicious. Generous portions of pizza bread and regular bread, as well as a green salad, accompanied (all included). I had a cappuccino (the first good one I've had on Long Island) and cannoli for dessert - also good. I will definitely be going back.

As a mom with two small children, a quick google search helped me find this place as a reliable source of my children’s favorite dishes. However, once arriving I was greeted by by far the kindest and most compassionate staff I’ve met in a long time. Normally a table of a mom with children is not met with much enthusiasm or care, this was not what so ever the case at Brunello’s. I was truly blown away by the attentiveness and genuine care we received. The food was incredible, my boys ate so well and went on and on about how delicious the plates were. The Caesar salad was easily one of, if not the best I’ve ever had. I’m newish to the area, but I had never heard about this restaurant and I have to say I think it is a hidden gem that I’ll be happy to share about now that I know!

My cousins made last minute reservations for 5 yesterday at 5:30 we got there 5:40 and we got seated. Right off the bat the hostess said we need to be out by 7. Ok so we quickly ordered our apps entrees and drinks. We had asked for 2 cokes, a bottle of wine. The wine came out, the cokes didnt. Our apps came out after a few mins. The waitress was very pushy and unfriendly, when we would talk to make a choice about thing she would huff and puff and role her eyes. Anyways our entrees came out 6:35, our plates and forks didnt. We had to ask multiple times, our waitress wasnt attentive to us. My daughters entree came after we finished our food at 6:50. I finally asked the bus boy for our cokes. Then it was 7:05 they brought the check over. This was the drawing line for us, I asked what about dessert they said you need to leave at 7 we have another party. I understand that but shoving us out bc foods came out late wasnt our problem. They said we’ll give you the dessert to go, how rude? Everyone was staring, it was ridiculous. The manager came and said each table has 1 hr 45 mins, well sir your math is wrong we should have had till 7:15 then. His math is off as a manager that’s horrible representation for the business. This place is a joke, dont come to pay for cold food, slow service and...

My mother and father went to this restaurant and the man who greeted them sat them down as they proceeded to have what was meant to be a nice dinner together. My father is overweight and isn’t in the best of health. My mother is in good shape and looks much younger than she is but still loves my dad very much because she’s a good woman. My mother went to the bathroom and the man who greeted them felt the need to come up to her as she left the restroom and said you should be ashamed of yourself because of the condition of my father. This is completely unacceptable and an absolutely rude and disgusting comment towards two innocent people who don’t deserved to be judged like this. This man should be fired and be ware of going to this restaurant unless you want someone to make rude and unacceptable comments to your family. Jose Rivas is the man’s name who disrespected my family. The owners of this restaurant put this horrible man in charge of greeting the guests of this place. Sadly enough the food was good and the restaurant was pleasant other than this man Jose Rivas who ruined their night. He should be fired and has no right being in the restaurant service industry for his...
