Since when do you charge for grated cheese? I've been eating from your place almost 3 weeks now twice a week. If you want to be that petty about something that is available at any pizza place I've ever eaten just like part of salt, pepper, hot crushed pepper, oregano and garlic salt. But if that's what it is when I was never charged for it in the past I assure you I will NEVER do any business with you anymore.
Also, please get people that take phone orders that speak English! This dummy, no doubt the one I've discussed below in my original post prior to this updated is who I spoke to today. He had me going in circles with a simple order confusing me because his words didn't make sense nor did he.
This is same jerk I said I wanted chicken cutlet and bread well done on the side. As I walked to the rest room he yelled to the cook, 'Well done bread" I've gotten this many times before. When I came out of the rest room he asked me. "What do you want, well done the bread or the chicken cutlet? Not very bright!
I just mentioned this to the guys at K&B Deli and he gave me the heads up on shorty. It's owned by him who happens be Spanish (obviously) but other people stopped going there too for the same reason, "he's nasty, cheap and miserable!
Original post: A little more smiling from the short guy in the white shirt would go a long way. If I don't notice a change I'll go elsewhere. Personality is all part of professional customer service and he's very nasty!!!

Read moreExtremely disappointed with my order tonight. The women who took the order charged me for vodka sauce but didn’t add it to the kitchen ticket and blamed the cook (i seen the ticker from the kitchen that didn’t state vodka sauce) that they should have known. She also typed in the wrong hero and blamed me that i ordered the wrong thing. She kept saying huh i can’t hear you I’m too old to hear my hearing is going bad while taking the order so I’m not surprised she messed up. She then told me she would give me back $3 of a $45 order when i got two hero’s and a dinner. when you do the math the food was actually way over prices than what it should have been. She refused to have them fix the incorrect food because they ran out of hero’s and couldn’t make anymore for the night. Extremely disappointed that this is how a local business treats the first responders of their town. I will not...
Read moreEnjoy the sweet life... Dolce Vita Add a bottle of wine, some good food or just a calzone like we had and pesto (lol) presto you have Cafe Dolce Vita Bon appetit! I have to say our Calzone (made to order is how they do it here) we added ham, and it was "baked" absolutely perfect! It is as close as you could possibly get to the authentic deep fried way I grew up with. ( Also a few less calories is a bonus) The dough was cooked through and filled with all the ingredients necessary to make this as good as a classic calzone should be. You can taste all the flavors, ricotta, provolone, pecorino ramano, and just the right amount of ham... So delish! We will have to be back to report on service and atmosphere, and to try some pizza slices we saw in the case and/or sit for one of the many Italian specialities they show on their...
