What began as an unfortunate experience became something I never expected. The District Leader, Dan C, reached out immediately per my initial review and invited me back to give me a different experience, which was WARM, INVITING & KIND by Bianca & Shirley.

In the end, the cookies were delicious, the coffee was completely better than initially AND their compassion for how I felt as a customer makes Gregory's Coffee a Solid contender in the coming years even to Starbucks. Fresher Pastries, no dairy free up charges, an atmosphere that's Chic yet minimal & clean & especially, ESPECIALLY the way their staff treat...

I frequent this Gregory’s often and am usually greeted with friendly and helpful staff. However, while the coffee is amazing, I want to stop coming to this particular Gregory’s due to the manager. She usually gives me nasty looks and gives me a passive aggressive attitude every time she sees me and for a while I wasn’t sure why. She revealed to me today that the reason was because I came in with my dog on occasion. I thought dogs were welcomed because they give him treats. In any case, I come in here frequently and I felt uncomfortable with the manager staring me down and being mean to me, and only me. At first I thought it was discriminatory, only to find out it was an easy solution to avoid the hostility. I visited this location on Saturday June 10th at approximately 12:30 pm. My girlfriend got a small salted caramel cold brew , a vegan deluxe, and a vegan bacon egg & cheese. The salted caramel cold brew was delicious! However by the time her food was finished she had already drank her small salted caramel cold brew, as there was a lot of ice and not much coffee. She enjoyed the vegan deluxe however the vegan bacon egg and cheese was lackluster. She ended up caving in and buying another salted caramel cold brew since she was now without a drink. She misses the vegan scramble sandwich which was her favorite. All in all she enjoyed however I wish they would put less ice in the cold brews as the amount they put in hers seemed excessive.
