extremely disappointed especially that this store is still new. We bought a mirror from here that did have tape on it but it was just to secure the tag. We go to open it and realize it’s broken. We brought it back the next day and they told us they couldn’t take it back because we damaged it. We also had a rude employee experience that told us we should’ve opened it up on the floor before we bought it. 1) who says that to someone 2) homegoods return policy only says on the receipts to return a item within the 30 day span, nothing about returning damaged items. Safe to say we are calling corporate. I work in retail and the fact that the mirror was put on the floor as a return and was not checked says a lot about the store. Don’t let it get here. The manager didn’t even come over to speak with us. Extremely disappointed from a chain I used to love. Will not be...

Hopefully , the trust and consideration employees show senior citizens here will...

One Sales girl in the Storage dept. wouldn't assist you know matter what. My sister and I, at separate times, asked for her help. So Needless to say I'll be returning...
