Loved this tjmax, but didnāt have the best experience today. While there was a big line today July 15th around 2:40 cashier on register 6 was busy texting on her phone instead of calling the next person. Unfortunately once we were next to be called we ended up with her I get to the register sheās texting doesnāt greet me nothing (donāt really care for a greeting, but really) she proceeds to ring my stuff up doesnāt tell me the total nothing I pay Iām waiting she says nothing I mentioned I hit print on the receipt instead of email only to realize she had already put my receipt on the counter and didnāt say anything to me. I look at her and I say thatās it she says yeah so I walked away and told her you can go back on your phone texting because that was clearly what she was so desperately wanting to do what pissed me off even more is that I looked at her name tag only to see sheās a āMANAGERā but my dumb self forgot to look at her name! Some professional manager that is beyond rude to customers and texting on her phone nonstop with a camera right above her with other employees there while dealing with a long, huge line yeah wonderful manager you have there setting a amazing great example for the other employees there! The overall shopping experience was great until I reached the cash register from no other than what Iām assuming was a store manager, Zaklina. My two teenage children walked to her register first to inquire about the price of an item that was on the clearance table with no tags. When my daughter advised there were no tags and needed a price she very abruptly and in a non welcoming tone told her āwell I donāt know the priceā and pushed it away from her My daughter said well thatās why Iām asking because it doesnāt have a price She rolled her eyes and then had another worker take it to price check As I walked up she was very stand offish and clearly not having a good day I would think that I could expect better customer service when Iām spending my hard earned dollars For future reference I know to go to another store as clearly Zakina is bothered...

Shoving the Hanukkah products by the bathroom near where they usually keep clearance was really disappointing. I was shocked that I even had to look that hard for it. Do you know how offensive this is? Especially when I know other locations make more of an effort with the Hanukkah items (no matter the size) . In addition to this insult, it was so disheveled and didn't offer much of anything. Half of this is just baskets! I don't call that holiday decor, do you?
