Verizon — Local services in Town of Babylon

Be careful here. I thought I was getting a good deal on my phone until I picked it up and they tacked on a $40 store fee in addition to the $35 upgrade fee. I also transferred my data here and they had me write my passwords on a post-it note, which was left out for customers to see as I left the store for an hour. You’d think they’d be carful with customer passwords but when I returned to the store they had another customer at the same table with my new and old phone, and the post it with both my phone password and my Apple ID password. Triple check the fees before agreeing to things because apparently asking 2x about fees wasn’t enough for them to tell me about the $40 store fee.

Edit : While fighting with this store over hidden charges and signing me up for insurance without telling me, I now just got signed up for a call filter service for $15 per month. No one seems to know how it happened...

Had a wonderful experience at Verizon in Airport Plaza, Farmingdale! Dia was amazing and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I went in to add a line and a phone to my plan, and she was great. She was polite and professional every step of the way. At one point we were assisted by another associate, Ramesh, and he was great too. They really have a nice team at this location. They are knowledgeable and very good at explaining things in non-technical terms so they make sense to people who don’t work at phone stores. I needed the new wireless carrier so I went to this Verizon wirelessat airport plaza store where I met Mr. Nivesh a young charming man with a big smile and he welcomed me.He helped me all the way and even helped me to set up my new phone and apps.He stayed late after his hours to help me that is so nice of him.I went back to the store for another new connection he dealt with me with the same pleasant and welcoming behavior I really admire him for his professionalism and curtesy as he again stayed late to help me with all my needs.
