The Paper Store — Local services in Town of Babylon

Placed an order online, paid for items, yet my order was later cancelled because I did not pick up within one week. No where was I told to pick up the items within a week. If you pre pay for items why would the store cancel the items? They're paid for. Luckily the items were back on the shelf when I got there. However, the cashier was rude and abrasive. She has short white hair and facial hair on her chin. She should not be interacting with customers. Warning, Stay away from her....

I was talking to a friend of mine who works at a toy store because I was looking for jellycats for my daughter. She told me The Paper Store sells them so I took a ride to check it out. This store is great. It's a large Hallmark type store which has no only some jellycat we were looking for but so many nice cool gifts, holiday items, and list goes on. Definitely a great shop and will now frequent regularly especially since my daughter now found so much of her loved...

Horrible experience with the staff, my wife was debited $3.56 from her bank card and they charged her the total amount on another card without crediting her the $3.56. When we tried to retrieve the $3.56 or ask why that amount wasn't credited to the total, the cashier and manager refused to help and yelled at my wife to call the bank. This is store # 0087, transaction # 015699, and associate # 016990. Very nasty cashier and manager, we will never shop at this...
