Bad customer service. They don't stand behind wines they sell. Hope you can tell if the wine is bad before you open it. They don't want to exchange or refund you for selling a spoiled wine. For clarification, the bottle was $18.i went in asking to swap the bottle or a refund. 2 sips were missing that's how we figured out wine was bad. So they want you to split the cost of a bad bottle, That was less than a day old. Had to waste time and argue with the owner, for like 10 minutes on the phonewho wasn't that helpful.
