Was so pleased with our experience. The store has beautiful furniture, well set up, a little higher priced than other stores we had been to, but worth it, because it's a higher quality. However as far as my husband and I are concerned, the BIGGEST reason we would come back to this store, and we are going to return at a later date for more items, was your sales person Jessica. Not only was she a lot of fun, she was very professional. She was very informative, on everything we were interested in, which led us to purchase some items, we probably wouldn't have purchased other wise. She wasn't pushy, didnt follow us around the store, didnt hover over us. She was just there when u needed her to be. Never again will I buy a couch from them. I bought my couch about 8 months ago and the seams started coming undone on the built in console. I called the store and they refuse to fix it because they state it isn't a manufacturers defect. They don't stand behind their products. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty So now I have to mess around with another warranty company and see if they will fix it. Just a huge mess. Not to mention a spring in the back of my couch looks broken and it's going to take a month for them to have someone call me and schedule a day for them to come look at it. Over the past couple of years we have purchased a dining set, accent chair, recliner, carpeting and luxury vinyl flooring at the H.L. Stephens mall location and have never been disappointed. The dining set is beautiful and very unique and the recliner and chair accent our curtains and new floors beautifully. We absolutely love our floors, they are so easy to clean and the installation was phenominal! We were so pleased with the whole experience that we had them measure and install an extra room of flooring that we didn't originally plan on being done. They also were willing to come 55 miles to deliver the furniture and install our floors free of charge! We will definitely continue to do business here for many...
