I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a custom-tailored suit from ONE Custom Clothier, and I can say without a doubt it is the finest suit I have ever owned. Working with Vince DiGorgio, the tailor and owner, was an incredible experience from start to finish. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to craftsmanship ensured that every aspect of my suit was tailored to perfection.

The attention to detail is simply outstanding. Every stitch, seam, and contour was meticulously crafted to ensure a flawless fit. Unlike off-the-rack suits that often require adjustments, this suit felt as though it was made just for me—because it was. The fit is impeccable, hugging my frame in all the right places while allowing just the right amount of movement for comfort. The jacket drapes effortlessly, the shoulders are structured without being stiff, and the trousers sit perfectly at the waist without any need for constant adjustment.

ONE is always fun, and the clothing is the best I have ever had! Vince is a real-deal clothier, third generation, and is able to use his experience to guide you. For myself, our relationship has centered around building a wardrobe from scratch. So far Vince has made for me one suit, three sport coats, 8 shirts, 4 matching custom caps, picked matching seven fold ties and hankies, and I am waiting on another 2 linen suits, another sport coat, a custom long coat, and another 4 shirts and caps. Selecting the fabrics is a pleasure, and Vince has access to the finest Italian and English suiting wool and shirting cotton. He is your advisor during the consultations, helping support your selection of styles and fabrics. He makes the most of your choices and keeps you from fashion errors, but he is happy to work on bolder or exotic styles if appropriate. Every detail is your choice. Of course the fit and drape of these bespoke garments is everything, and this is where Vince’s expertise and attention shines. I was lucky enough to find ONE Custom Clothier a month or so before moving from Arizona to NY for grad school. When still in Arizona, I attempted to purchase my first set of truly tailored dress clothes since I was in dire need of quality attire for my upcoming school program and recruitment season - but the tailor I was working with botched my order and I was left with a month before my program start date with nothing to take up to NY. Worried, I started looking at quality tailors between NYC and Rochester (since my program is in Ithaca) and found ONE Custom Clothier online. I called and the owner (Vince) completely sorted me out (especially since I had very little prior knowledge of the world of custom tailoring). He gave me a basic idea of what I was looking for, and I scheduled an appointment to meet him up in NY when I arrived from AZ. During my appointment, Vince was very patient with my overall lack of fashion knowledge, and most importantly, he was able to gently guide my decisions during the design process - which was especially important for me considering my lack of knowledge - while also helping me curate a personalized wardrobe with a cohesive style that accurately reflects who I am. After the design process, Vince knew that my program/recruiting season was coming up soon and that I was worried about not having any well-fitting dress clothes in time for that, so he (and his team) really went the extra mile to push out a few items just in time for my start date (which saved me a lot of added stress).
