I really appreciate how friendly the staff is while my girlfriend shops. It wasn’t until my last experience there that rubbed me the wrong way & left my girlfriend upset. My girlfriend wanted her skin “scanned” (I apologize I’m not well-versed in some stuff,) by an employee for their current reward points challenge they had going on (her words not mine.) I guess they use a specific device to scan your skin.. the employee knowing that unnecessarily said “your skin looks oily” to my girlfriend as she’s patiently waiting for her to pull something up on her device. I made eye contact with my girlftiend taken aback by the comment & she looked flustered. Upon the scan, her skin came out “normal..” which further reinstated our feelings about the event. After leaving the store, we figured we’d let it go because we genuinely have an overall nice experience at this location. That was until my girlfriend had went recently for a pick up order but decided to shop around while she was in there. She was checked out by a kind employee who helped her out and upon leaving the same employee from our last upsetting experience mumbled “have a great day” in a mocking voice when she left the store. That is just so odd holding a position of a luxury brand to treat a customer that way. Especially a kind customer. She finally asked for the employee’s name, Mary Anne. Please treat your regulars...

Unfriendly workers. I was picking up an Instacart order, and the workers treated us differently, as if we weren't shopping for ourselves. They seemed to undervalue us as customers, making me reconsider shopping here for myself or others. I'd rather go to Eastview Mall; they're all friendly and sweet!Navigating a store should be a welcoming experience for everyone, last time i comeas a personal shopper for my clients I was disappointed. Not friendly staff here. A little kindness can go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere. Feeling valued as a customer is an important part of any shopping trip. Hopefully, future interactions can be more pleasant and respectful. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and consideration. Even we just coming to help people picking up they're orders from Instacart because we are bringing a business here or we can shop...

Went in today looking for a few products, and thankfully there was a great sale going on. Casey helped me out tremendously, and her personality is beyond phenomenal. Overall I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend this location. Update 10/05/25

Was overcharged for an item and a employee by the name of Gabby told me that people make mistakes. She told me that it's probably because they have holiday employees. She was very snappy I was trying to explain the situation on my receipt. I always have good service here however today was not a...
