i feel genuinely bad rating anywhere 1 star but my experience wasnt great :(

there are two kiosks and the first one i went to told me she was busy w/ something on her ipad and had me go to the other kiosk. the lady at the other kiosk was really nice but told me to turn the posts (i didnt know at the time but that reopens the wound and causes infections + stretching). the earrings had tiny post lengths and my ears are now slightly stretched and are most likely infected because the earrings sunk into my ears in my sleep. i was also signed up for some kind of plan without my consent.

again, so sorry for leaving a bad review, but seriously...

😡😡THIS PLACE BANTER IN THE SMITH HAVEN MALL, HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE😡😡 HOW THE LADY ADDED A PROTECTION PLAN WHITHOUT EVEN ASK ME!!!!!! THAT'S INSANE!!😠😠 SO WHEN SHE TOLD ME THE TOTAL I WAS LIKE WHAT? I THOUGHT IT WAS CHEAPER AND SHE EVEN SAID SHE ADDED THE PROTECTION PLAN!!😡😡 I WAS SO CONFUSED BECAUSE SHE NEVER EVER ASKED ME IF I WANTED THAT. SHE DIDN'T EVEN MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! HOW RUDE WAS THAT!! ADD SOMETHUNG THAT I DID NOT WANTED!!!! SHE ALMOT STOLE MY MONEY THX GOD I ASKED BEFORE TO PAY. I WON'T BACK THERE NEVER AGAIN!! AND IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW BECAREFUL IF YOU GO to THAT PLACE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT...

I went to Banter the other day and asked one of the girls if they had 50mm gold hoop earrings. Two young, heavy-set girls were working that were extremely unprofessional. The One looked at the other, made faces, laughed and gave me dirty looks. I walked away, annoyed and went straight into Zales. I asked that woman the exact same question, and without hesitation, she got them out. I purchased them at Zales because they were professional and didn’t make me feel stupid. I’ve had my daughter's ears pierced at Banter in the past and had to have them redone because of the horrible job they did. I will never go back...
