i feel genuinely bad rating anywhere 1 star but my experience wasnt great :(
there are two kiosks and the first one i went to told me she was busy w/ something on her ipad and had me go to the other kiosk. the lady at the other kiosk was really nice but told me to turn the posts (i didnt know at the time but that reopens the wound and causes infections + stretching). the earrings had tiny post lengths and my ears are now slightly stretched and are most likely infected because the earrings sunk into my ears in my sleep. i was also signed up for some kind of plan without my consent.
again, so sorry for leaving a bad review, but seriously...

The One looked at the other, made faces, laughed and gave me dirty looks. I walked away, annoyed and went straight into Zales. I asked that woman the exact same question, and without hesitation, she got them out. I purchased them at Zales because they were professional and didnāt make me feel stupid. Iāve had my daughter's ears pierced at Banter in the past and had to have them redone because of the horrible job they did. I will never go back...
