I hate leaving negative reviews but I can’t even grasp what my interaction was today. The store had just opened and there were 2 employees in there, one was helping 2 women. I hopped in the little line walkway and the other employee approached me and asked how she could help me. I told her the bracelet I was looking for and she simply said yes we have that. Didn’t move or welcome me in. Uhhm okay…so I told her I was curious about the sizing and I wasn’t sure which size to get. She asks what size my wrist is and I told her I wasn’t sure. awkward silence still standing outside of store she then goes I guess I can measure your wrist for you wait here (because clearly I’m not allowed in I guess even though I’m trying to buy this bracelet) she comes back measures my wrist and tells me I’d be a 6.9 in the bracelet and I can go online and just select that option. (Why would I go back online when I just came to the store to buy it?) The interaction was so uncomfortable & unwelcoming I gave up and left. I go online to buy the bracelet and 6.9 isn’t even a size it’s only 6.7 and 7.1. So now I don’t know if I should go up or down in size and I don’t even wanna go back to the store to try it on and figure out if I’m not gonna be welcomed in? The store just opened, there was no line and only 2 other customers inside and I was there to buy a bracelet....

I was pretty excited to get a bracelet from here for the first time. I went into the store, but was unfamiliar with the process and didn't realize that you need the sales associate to help you through everything. She looked so annoyed when I said I just wanted to take a look at some bracelets and immediately went into some defensive mode about how she can't possible show me all of them (I didn't ask her to). So I'm trying to quickly browse through the catalog so I don't get stuck with this annoyed sales lady any longer. I ask her to show me a few bracelets and most of them are out of stock (which is out of her control so it's fine), but I ask her the price of some of the bracelets and she doesn't even know and doesn't even tell me the price until after she's put my card through. I left feeling sad and just a bit in shock at how bad this service was. If I wasn't so determined to buy an item that day, I would...

If you want to buy additional charms for your bracelet, or already know your ring size, just buy online. Never go to this branch. Whenever I tried to go for a complimentary free cleaning, their machine would be broken, they would stop for the holidays, or my jewelry was given back soaking wet. Horrible staff. Very rude and impatient, especially the store manager. Seemed annoyed at every little thing and overall made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked for a paper catalog pamphlet she had given other customers, and she said no she couldn't and only had a big store book I could flip through as she stared intently at me skimming through. Made me feel very rushed. Once, I just needed to ask if they were able to do free cleanings that day (as their machine is unreliable) and I was completely ignored, while two employees not helping any customers were on...
