Black Pearl Bubble Tea (Smith Haven) — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Came in here during a heat wave with my two children. NO other customers present!

Ordered myself a drink, whilst holding a piece of pizza for my toddler on a plate.. VERY VISIBLE. They watched me sit, take my toddler out of her stroller, have her seated to eat before they said she couldn’t eat in there. I mean like at least seven to ten minutes after all of this. After I picked stuff up off the floor on my hands and knees with my baby strapped to my chest. Clearly not a child friendly place. Your employees were snickering at us from behind the counter as I gathered all of my stuff to leave.Thanks for making a mom doing her best during a heatwave feel like crap. I clearly was making sure my daughter was not making a mess and would’ve cleaned everything up…. As I stated, they saw me on my hands and knees prior. Having to drag her out right after getting situated sucked.

Also watched people come in and eat their Auntie Ann’s right after soooo?? What’s the real rule? I’ll make sure to inform other mom’s that you clearly don’t want children in your store. I hear gong cha is great!

Edit: so Auntie Ann’s has less of a smell than a piece of cold pizza? Because you had no problem with other’s eating that...

Located inside the Smith haven Mall. Very cute and clean on the inside. They have cute boba plushies, key chains, and reusable cups for sale. They have kiosks to order if you didn’t want to order via register. The order came out relatively quick.
