TERRIBLE!!!! do not waste your time or money. terrible customer service and low quality jewelry!!! My fiancé did a custom order for my engagement ring. The center diamond is crooked in the setting and loose. The diamonds on the side are super rough. Brought the ring in to get fixed. Took about 2 weeks and was called by then saying the ring is ready for pick up. Go to the store to pick it up and the ring is exactly how I left it. Diamond crooked and falling out. Terrible service. So I came in because I lose the back post to my diamond earring. I had protection plan but I wasn’t sure if it would cover a replacement or at least discount. I came in to the smith haven mall where I usually do all my business with Kay Jeweler. So far every time I’ve come to this location staff is attentive and polite. Also I don’t feel the pushy pressure some other jewelry places give like are you buying?? Anyways enough rant haha today the young gentlemen Sial helped me.
