LOFT — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

Yikes! I walked in & There were at least four employees. Nobody says hi … After after browsing for about 20 minutes, I had an arm full of clothes to try on & not ONE person offered to put it in the fitting room for me. I found that I liked but it was missing a button. I asked if they could take a few dollars off and they said no. The manager (Who previously ignored me three times on the sales floor) just said if “she doesn’t want it, just damage it out” instead of making any money they’re putting it in some damage pile…. Who even knows where it goes? customer service is a 0 out of 10 terrible! I walked into Madison’s Niche next door & two people greeted me within a minute . save your time and don’t go to this...

This store is fantastic! It’s very well stocked and organized and they always have great sales. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. Annette, the manager, goes above and beyond to help customers. I have never had a similar experience at the loft store in Lake Grove. The staff there gives off unfriendly vibes.
